This is SimpleAOSP based on AOSP..This ROM is as we want it and this is as simple as it gets.

Initial M release WARNING: IF THE ROM GOES INTO A BOOTLOOP AFTER YOU FLASH SUPERSU, YOU NEED TO FLASH A KERNEL THAT SETS SELINUX TO PERMISSIVE. ELEMENTAL X IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF ENFORCING DURING INSTALLATION.

Instruction

* Make sure you're on the latest M Bootloader
* Wipe data/factory reset
* Install ROM from sdcard

* Flash SuperSU
* Reboot!
* Enjoy

Edit:Regarding Themes...To avoid any issues...A Reboot is recommended after applying any theme...

I grew used to using stock Email app on KK, but when I tried adding my Hotmail account if FC's. No big deal; new Gmail can add Hotmail accounts, too. Just figured I'd share.

I would suggest it. I went straight to 5.0 from 4.4.4 without ever using developer preview, and my first boot just hung forever. Then I tried flashing developer preview, which still hung forever (over an hour). I ended up fixing it by locking bootloader and then re-unlocking, which wiped everything. All is good now.

Ok, fixed the superSU problem by updating bootloader to 4.0.4 (used a zip batch file from another thread). No worries!

App compatibility issues should be fixed. Try checking the changelog its stated there.
