Does someone have problem with external SD card write permission? Worked like a charm for 7 months but now i have problem writing on it. It just stopped working but after reboot it working again for approximately 6-7 hours when again stop working.

Hey folks! I just wanted so say goodbye here and thanks for all the help you gave me. I had a fantastic year (or more I think) with this rom! Thank you tamirda for this!
However. I'm done with Touchwiz once and for all so I'm using CM 12.1 with AGNi Kernel right now which runs super smooth.
Anyway. If anyone of you is still lookin' for a Touchwiz based rom for the Note II because of the S-Pen stuff or whatever... I'd like to say: This is by far the best Touchwiz rom out there and you'll be happy with it (my own opinion). It's fast, has many features and is really really stable!
So thanks again for the support guys.

Flashing ROM
Hi all,
I am tryign to flash Phoenix ROM. I have downloaded PhoeniX.ROM.V18.5.XXUFND3.N7100.by.tamirda
but after flash i have problem:

Your steps are correct though be careful in Aroma don't select too many mods or don't take too much time to select mods otherwise Aroma may get stuck. Just try and flash with minimal mods. Good luck.

I have a problem with this rom when trying to install it. Everytime i want to instaLl it i've get an error "(bad)" and it also says it can't open the zip file. Is there any chance to fix this? I'm using latest Philz touch recovery. I don't have a problem with any other rom, just this one.

Check md5 of the downloaded zip may be it got corrupted. Use Philz 5.15

Since some of you are experiencing problems downloading V 18.8 I just repacked it here with no changes but as a RAR file containing the original ZIP file renamend.
Extract the RAR somewhere and rename the included file to let it end on .zip - that's it.
I'm just doing this because people got problems downloading the original file. I've no intention in making tamirda angry.

Q: What is the ODEX script? How do I use it?
A: When you use stock rom, you have an ODEXED system, and when you use custome rom you have a DEXODEX system.
ODEXED system has many benefits and has disadvantage.
The benefits are:
- Faster & High performance for the rom
- Faster boot
- Slimer system files.
The disadvantage:
After activating the script, you won't be able to flash any mod, theme or something else that was created for DEODEXED system.
Which means, you are limited.
Once you activate the script, there is no turning back, if you don't like it you have to reflash the rom.
In order to make your life easier, you will be able to use all aroma mods during installation. The script will work at the end of the installation to make sure all your system is ODEXED and there won't be any bug.
You don't have to install it during installation.
I will provide in PhoeniX Kitchen a download for this script that fits to PhoeniX ROMs.
So, if you want install themes or mods after the installation of the rom. You are able to do that!
If you want to install themes/mods after the installation make these steps:
1. Don't tick the ODEX script.
2. Run your ROM
3. Reboot to recovery, flash your mods/themes.
4. If you are happy with your curernt mods and themes, reboot to recovery and flash the odex script. Wait till it finishes! It might take up to 15 minutes!
5. Reboot & Enjoy
If you are happy with your aroma choices, and want to stay like this, tick the script.
If you don't want ODEXED and want to stay DEODEXED don't install the script
Pay attention!
The installation of the script might take up to 15 minutes! Be patient and don't pull out the battery, it will break your system! It odexes each file in system, so be patient.
In order to install the script, you must use CWM based reocvery(PhilZ)! If you install with TWRP recovery, you will get an endless bootloop.

109240 DPI Mod Installation InstructionsHello,
After installing 240 DPI, you will have some problem like small TouchWiz or some FC.
1. Open Settings -> PhoeniX Extra -> Xposed Installer And click Install + Give it SU Permission
2. In Xposed Installer, go to Modules(it is in the Xposed Installer app, right side up) and select/active Xposed APP Settings.
3. Exit Xposed Installer and open Settings -> PhoeniX Extra -> Xposed App Settings.
4. In the app, search for: TouchWiz Home.
a. Active it and select the following details:
- DPI: 320
- Screen: default
b. Click Save
5. In the app, search for: Camera.
a. Active it and select the following details:
- DPI: 320
- Screen: default
b. Click Save
6. In the app, search for: Photo Editor(Only If you have it).
a. Active it and select the following details:
- DPI: 320
- Screen: 480X854
b. Click Save

10. In the app, search for: S Planner.
a. Active it and select the following details:

The Problem:
Well, when i have some free time i install my rom and restore my apps, but i have only one problem. I have like 4-5 Gameloft games and i am out of memory. Each game needs 2-2.5GB from the internal memory, and then i don't have any space left :\.
This is the script:

I have SanDisk 64GB ultra mobile class 10(around 30 m/s) and this is the result:
"I want this too! How do i get it?"
First, you need to make sure you have high speed SD card(class 10 is highly recommended!).
Second, you have done these steps:
- Backup everything - External SD and Internal sd.
- Format your SD card to Fat32 or Exfat(Format is needed to prevent FC and lags) :
64GB exfat is recommended
16-32GB fat32 is recommended - After you have formated your SD, copy into it these files:
Phoenix Rom
SuperWipe by mike
titanium backup folder(if you have backuped apps, not system data!)
"Ok, I have done eberything, how do I install it?"
It is very simple.
- Make sure you have done all above
- Go into your recovery and flash Super Wipe by mike - it will delete all your internal memory.
- Wait till the recovery finish the restart after the script.
- Flash Phoenix Rom
- Choose in aroma: Yes, install the script
- Wait till the aroma finishes to install the rom
- Reboot
- Enjoy
Notes:
- If you want to access to your INTERNAL SD you have to go with astro or ES filemangaer or what do you wanto to /mnt/extSdCard
- If you want to see how much space do you have simply go in memory info in settings and check but warning: the situation is inverted! The INTERNAL SD is seen as EXTERNAL and viceversa! This situation is present also when you attach phone to pc.

Installation Instructions for v15+15.7:
- DO SUPER WIPE!- Changing from 4.1.2 to 4.3 will change the location of your internal sd, that is why you must to super wipe, to clean your internal sd. backup first.
- Flash v15. Choose your mods, etc.
- Don't reboot, Flash V15.7 right away
- Reboot.

If you don't want this ROM, want to go back and downgrade, do this(Be careful!! This is only for MJ5 Bootloader!!) :
And that's it.
Several important notes:
- The rom comes with a market shortcut to TB Restore fix by @-viperboy- . If you have problems with your restore use this. (The problems are only when you have Enforcing SELinux)
- Aroma includes the new EXT2InternalSD script. There are some changes that you must understand:
First of, thank you @mattiadj for awesome script.
You won't see in settings now Device Storage for example 64 GB, you will see 16GB and under SD card category you will see your SD card storage.
So, how can I check that the script works?
With a file explorer with root ability go into /sdcard. Check If in this location you can see your files of your EXTERNAL SD card and check if you can see in /sdcard/internal_sd/0 the content of INTERNAL sd.
After every reboot, give the system 2 minutes to be stable, then the script will start work.
In the folder storage/extSdCard/ you will see nothing.
When connecting the Phone to PC, you can access your EXT SD card in Phone, and to your internal SD card: Phone/internal_sd/0
- This is important. 4.3 Android system got a better "butter project" and it is hell smooth. In my installation I didn't choose even one tweak. There is no need. There are several tweaks that already inside the rom. But if you really want to flash more tweaks, be careful because it might make your system slow.
- V15 comes with good Xposed modules built in, such as Nottach and Wanam Xposed. Please use only one of them( Wanam or Nottach) because if you use both, one won't work and maybe get you in bootloop. Don't say I didn't told you that.
All xposed modules are system apps, please don't think you know better than me what I am doing, so if you are planing to comment like "Why are you putting it system app, put it on data" believe me I have my reasons.
- Use V15 wisely. I mean, when selecting Apps/tweaks, don't try to "test" the rom. becuase choosing all option will give you endless bootanimation.
- ODEX script is not the best in MI6/MJ5. If you choose all apps for example and select odex too, you will get endless bootanimation with alot of vibration(what can I do... base problem). I am using odexed system with my selected apps with no problem. Don't select all apps, choose only what you need and you will get amazing machine. I will release my installation after the changelog.
- Do not use Settings -> Display-> Battery , because it won't work well(it will be disappeared after several hours). Use PhoeniX Extra -> Battery Chooser.
You will have there alot of good batteries to choose. You can access this app by clicking 3-4 times on the battery icon.

You must read it and understand before flashing V15
If you don't use the new bootloader(MK4), you will be able to downgrade to v13/V15 without problems.
