I just picked up this phone a short time ago, not original, with a version of android that was not stable and ended up not working at all.

Now android does not want to launch anymore.
I can't find a stable rom to install it on. Does it exist?

Thanks for the help!

What caused it stop working?

In your screenshot above, the line that says:

SW Ver.:

alps-mp-n0. mp2-V1_hct6580. weg. n_P150

You should do a Google search using that, it might find a copy of the original firmware to restore the device to its original state.

Your screenshot also shows your CPU series(mt6580) and your board series(z3q)

You should be doing Google searches using that CPU series and the board series in your search terms. For example, do a Google search for:

"mt6580 z3q firmware"

Or something similar.

The chances aren't good that you will find a solution because cloned devices are so hacked together that you can't even trust the information that the device gives you to identify itself and it's hardware/software. A lot of times they will say that they are "this" when they are actually "that" or that it has "this" installed when it actually has "that" installed.

There are some Russian sites/forums that might be able to help you find a software version that works on your specific motherboard/CPU architecture. It might not be an "exact" fit but you might be able find something that works, though, some features may not work or may work but not work like they "should".

I don't know exactly, it was having more and more trouble going to android, then by force it got stuck on the phone's boot logo.
Hardware problems? Software problems? That's why I'm trying to reinstall the rom to see if that can help it work again.

I tried all these searches, without precisely finding a downloadable rom, that's why I turned to this forum hoping to find a solution?

Russian sites have firmware for all kinds of obscure or cloned device, they also have people that might be able to help you find something close enough to work and then help you piece together a fully working firmware to make everything work like it should, use Google Translate in your browser. If you dig deep enough for long enough, you might get lucky.

Thanks, I'll try to do my research.
literally first google result firmware.gem-flash.com (5 bucks)
I also saw this link before making this subject, you have to pay to be able to recover this, I try first to find free downloads, I don't trust the payment of this kind of site too much.

When an un-preferred answer/solution is so obvious and prevalent but an alternative answer/solution is not obvious or prevalent, this is usually a good indicator that a more preferred solution is not very likely. Sometimes people are not looking for the answer/solution that they "need", rather they will only be satisfied with the answer/solution that they "want", while ignoring the answer/solution that has already shown itself to be the answer/solution that will work. A completely fallacious way of thinking, like looking for another way to add 2+2 to get 4 when adding 2+2 to get 4 is already shown to be the way to do it. Humans, go figure, lol.
