Yes, that's possible.While you're here, I have a question. Updating through the updater takes a looooooong time (15 minutes for ~2% progress), and my phone is unusable during this process. Would it be possible to update via recovery / adb sideload ?
I just download the latest update from the iodé website, install it via adb sideload and that's all ? No loss of data ?
Yes. Sideloading performs upgrades in exactly the same way as OTA updates. Please note however that there is always a little probability that an update fails, for whatever reason...
