ROM from unlocked edition

I thought i saw a thread where someone that had bought the unlocked edition uploaded a recovery of the rom with out all the AT&T crapware on it, but now i cant find it again. does anyone know where is is or was i sleep deprived and hallucinating that?

Go to HTC one forum and install the international custom roms

Gsm ones can cross-flash roms.

do i need to do anything to the phone or just flash the international rom like its any other custom rom for the att version?
