The phone is really laggy after the first boot. Be patient. If the system 8s up and you reboot everything is fast

Sorry I can't help you. Some user in my telegram group test this rom without issues.
It seems you did something wrong.
Maybe try with a clean install. Wipe data in twrp and flash the two orignal data files.(if you use my twrp) You can ignore the error in twrp while flashing.

Your build number is not a correct build number. Build number is like 8.0.0.371 (C432) for example. The Base of this build is VTR-L29C432 B370.
I often read about sim problems with L09 devices and custom roms or manuel updates with hwota for example.
I would rollback to nougat and rebrand to L29.

i need to relock BL upgrade to oreo and then unlock BL again + TWRP and flash it ? or any simpler way?

There is a thread in P10plus forum to update to oreo with twrp.
After that you can flash my rom like instructions
