If your Bootloader is open and your internal storage is Decrypted here your flash instructions :

• flash TWRP 3.1.0 -1 (Download FF TWRP)
• TWRP Backup (Data)
• Wipe System,Product,Vendor,Version,cust and data
• copy Rom and Data Files to your Mate9
• install Rom (L29 User can reboot now)
• install data files (B194 are ok)
• Reboot

it's tested with a MHA-L29C432xx so if you wanna use this rom please rebrand to C432 or ask me for special editions
