Is your device a vtr-l29? If it is not, you should either rebrand first or install data files for your variant as instructed by OP. I experienced similar errors trying other models ROMs. Flashing Vtr-l29 oeminfo might help too...

No, that doesn't work. I am not sure there is a working code to change network settings for this device.
This phone modem already comes with all available networks enabled AFAIK. You could check mobile network status with more detail using *#*#6130#*#*, under phone information.
You could check with your Telco that your phone IMEI isn't blocked too (saw that more than once), and finally, if you are using just a single SIM, verify you have it in slot one.

Could you please make this rom for B180 also? Maybe this rom support VoWifi?

I'm from Romania and today got prompted with b180 update, didn't knew that was possible using this ROM, i think this feature should be removed because this is a custom rom and trying to update may brake the phone, what do you think @Blackball?

Im on that rom. I update from 151. Is faster but battery is worst than on 151

I think that with magisk is better, because we have root also, if you want xposed you can have it as a magisk module so is better this way. Oreo sounds good even if it's in beta, would be better that with the next update you would disable the possibility to update within the rom system as an official system update, will not mess things this way, just a suggestion, thanks!

Can i enable both modules? Reason why i love Xposed is AdAway module, YT AdBlocker, YT background videos, Greenify... Can i activate this modules on Magisk?

Please do not update this OREO beta rom. Some users says bettary lafe is worst than on 7 and rom have some little bug, also we dont have stable Xposed amd Magisk right now. Is ypu decision
Better is wait for stable Alpha version in February.
Your rom 179 is awesome. Magisk and Xposed works perfect. Also your TWRP is only full working TWRP for this phone without any bug.
