Download opera mobile. Is the best. And when you say that is not working you mean it force closes?

no it doesnt gorce closes but the browser os not connected to the internet whereas when i try to load the market it works fine

no. the lagfix is all time enabled and we can disable it in one click...

I figured it out
Just use modified android.policy.jar (unzip attached android.policy.jar.zip).

First, create a backup of existing file:

adb shell
su
cp /system/framework/android.policy.jar /system/framework/android.policy.jar.backup
exit
exit

Now let's push modified android.policy.jar with adb and then reboot phone:

adb push android.policy.jar /system/framework/android.policy.jar
adb reboot

Yep

Now it's not possible to unlock locked screen with menu button.

i will download the rom, with the new android.policy.odex file (the fix with the menu button) when it will released.

Thats the best, thats released here..

Two things that i want is:
Fix the button-images, they are a bit big and coming out of the frame..
and the boot options in the menu.

When this two things are done, kyrillo's rom is the best.!

Any Fix for the keypad 4x3 yet? Only shows numbers instead of letters...

When "CSC is Unknown" (on dialpad *#1234#) I had similar behavior. So I reflashed only CSC from stock JPF rom and now keypad 4x3 works like a charm


I pushed SamsungWidget*.apk to phone but I still can't add those widgets. Any idea what I missed?

Cant Apply Lagfix

I cant apply Lagfix 2.0

I tried and nothing happens the Phone is overall fast though. But in facebook and twitter u can see the lag noticeably. Quadrent is only 330 And The Intructions to apply the Gingerbread and fly animations no longer works? But I like this firmware great work dude. Oh I have one more thing do any of your guys' call log lag like crazy when it is full of numbers mine does in all firmwares. And how can we change the dumb looking dialpad and phonebook.

im just gona flash ur 2.0 & if i want to then try ur 2.1 do i need to do the whole process again ie Flash JPF again and then 2.1 or can i just flash the 2.1 direct

Phone stuck need help

the phone rebooted oding said pass but now it seems to be stuck on the white samsung word on the screen but in the back round im getting the reboot sound repeatedly i am waiting nothing happen as of now let me see if im still stuck what do i do how long do i wait 5-10min

I think is because probably you didnt wipe data and cache from the recovery menu during the first reboot when flashing.. You can enter the recovery mode and do thisnnownbut i suggest reflashing because the phone may lag.

thanks ur right i re flashed and did wipe and now its ok
& CSC is showing as unknown is this a problem or do i need to flash the CSC from JPF everything seems to be ok for me as of now
edit : i flashed the CSC from JPF & all is ok

and to move from 2.0 to 2.1 do i just flash the new PDA or do i need to do the whole process again ie flash JPF and then flash PDA

Every rom i release is upgradeable with the PDA file only. You dont have to reflash JPF
