if you have another drivers like Samsung driver or Nokia Driver .. etc , you should to uninstall this drivers and keep Sony Drivers .

Problems using FlashTool?

Solution:
First Start Your PC and check which software you installed in your pc [Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features]
if you installed BlueStacks,Youwave, Virtual Box, Sony Pc Companion Uninstall thise
software and Restart your pc. Now Try to Flash your Xperia Device is perfectly working

I rooted my sont xperia t2 ulta dual sim. As lollipop was not supporting root so i downgraded with android 4.4.3 and rooted. But i want lollipop so if i flash with this file using flashtool will it still remain rooted? Or what should i do to root it?

Stock Lollipop does support root it just doesn't support xposed. The way u could root is first of all flash the mobile to stock rom then go to nut.xperia-files.com this site and get urself a recovery. U would be having two recovery then just get a super su zip v2.49 and busy box and just install it in recovery.
