Take logs just like screenshot
Then find new zip file in
/sdcard/SysLog
And send it to me here

When I connect camera mod I get message Moto Mod Connected. But when I press camera on/off button nothing happens.

sorry to ask you again but now in logs i can see same thing happened here so please don't connect your usb to get logs and just reboot your phone with connected mod wait to phone boots then open camera app hope it works this time if not take logs in seperate file

please never connect usb to get logs use syslog app

I expect the update with prejoy.

PS: I've found a little bug: if the ambient display is shown I'm not able to activate the lock screen with the power button but I can unlock my device with the fingerprint sensor.

ahhh crap
seems like syslog app can't capture what i need
and connecting usb to get logcat stooping cameraMOD
i really appreciate your hard work to get logs
but i have to find another way to tell you to get logs with logcat without USB like wifi-adb

I've got Dolby atmos and the latest viper running fine here without problems :good:

How did you install it?
To me it is bricked after restart, I did it twice and both times the same thing happened

@lollyjay i'm uploading new version it might be ready in next few hours
please get it and flash it (NO need to flash CamModFix.zip)
and i found simple solution for taking logs just use your old method to get logs DO NOT use syslog

Disconnect any usb port from phone
Connect mod
open camera app (moto stock camera app get it from play store)
disconnect your mod
connect to your PC with USB
and take logs

sorry for asking too much for logs

That's not good if it's doing that. Try forcing another restart by long pressing your sleep button. If it doesn't boot I'd get your files from a different source. Make sure your getting viper from the official site and install the version 2.5.0.5 that includes the io fix.

But my friend on carbon ROM recently applied my patches around efficiency mode, probably i can talk to him to continue MODS support builds on Carbon ROM after shutting down this thread

Download any ROM you like from source code then apply all commits on post #2 of this thread then compile and build the ROM
