This is the best ROM I flashed on Moto Z so far! The official lineageos drains too much battery and has no support for moto mods.

And I have some sugestion:
1. Seems long press footprint can't lock the screen. I had set the footprint as home button and long press home to run greenify to lock screen.
2. How to remove home screen clock on right-up corner. It looks very ugly:silly:
3. How to find the change log of every day build?

I tried to catch the logs with adb shell, but I found I can't stop the phone to catch logcat, so I finally restart the phone to stop it.

@erfanoabdi so i rebooted to system and ran the command successfully using adb shell on my computer. Mod didn't work, also rebooted and tried again, same results.

Grabbed the logs.

Edit: maybe it wasn't successful after all. Still su not found issue.

please root your phone with SuperSU, just flash latest superSU and then flash magisk on TWRP
now run commands
also please tell me when you connect your mod
is this file exists "/sys/class/video4linux/video4" ?

Followed instructions. Tried the command on twrp terminal, still got su not found.

Tried the command on adb shell on my computer and i didn't get the not found message so maybe it worked. Not sure, but mod didn't work.

Also the folder video 4 does exist. Screenshots attached.

Grabbed the log.

I haven't been able to get root to take either.

I've tried flashing the latest SuperSu, wipe dalvik, restart, flash Majisk 12.0, wipe, restart, restart bootloader, start.

Am I missing something?

I too have issues with superSU.
Standard installer always fails at boot image patcher stage:

Then I tried superSU system mode. This one installs, but leads to bootloop - the OS never boots.

I want to try a couple of things first, but I guess instead of unlocking data I can simply format it. Using YOUR version of TWRP 3.1.1. now.

This one finally worked. I now have properly rooted RR
@erfanoabdi: The MODS version never worked: first it asked for password for decrypting (there wasn't one), then when I formatted the /data (to circumvent its inability to read existing /data), ADB reported it as unauthorized. Basically, using that version I couldn't do anything at all.
