I was wondering how You managed to Deodex Your ROM. Would You mind sharing how You did this with Oreo? Some People including Me where searching here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/pi...lly-deodex-stock-oreo-systemui-t3685034/page4 but it looks like that there is no known way atm. Would be great to have Oreo Stock Firmwares Deodexed for Porting to AOSP, hope You can help out!

I am not developer.
I am make Deodexed rom by use tool SuperR's Kitchen .
I think so rom Deodexed slow because deodex, ever since Oreo many rom chefs have had issues with it and you must use time ago before it comeback fast smooth again.

How to fix lagging deodexed oreo rom.
-leave framework odexed.
-You either need to patch sepolicy to allow zygote to access dalvik-cache (which is what I have done).

Thanks for this ROM! I am going to try this out. One question which may be stupid. Is there anyway to make the nav bar smaller? The stock nav bar is too big.

You must use mod on xpoesed or substratum.

xposed work for me perfectly.

I use Xposed installer to install xposed,and it work for me

I installed your ROM, and I noticed a problem:
During the installation I unchecked all the HTC widgets because I need them installed.
After the procedure and the first setup, I try to put an HTC widget on the desktop but there are not in the list.
I tried several times to reinstall the ROM (Formatting the system, data, cache, wipe to default) but the problem persists.
I ask you please check if it happens to you, because I really need the HTC widgets.

This base system rom no have HTC widget.

I can not update ARCore to the latest version follow pixel.
You must wait update ARCore from dev on xda.

i just flashed the newest rom on the top(1.24.401.7),myphone model should be DTWL.when flashing had completed, it occur the same problem as before,i need to fastboot flash boot patched_boot.img to correct the boot img file to start phone.or it will be show error:system isn't responed.

Yes,you are can install this rom but you could backup your rom before flash this version.
I was test this rom on base 1.24.400.3 and it's no problem.
DUGL>>1.24.400.3
WWE>>1.24.401.7
DWTL>>1.24.1405.7
