First go to settings-sim cards- mobile network setting-apn ,ste APN according to your sim card and reboot mobile data working

You Should Install Gapps Next To The ROM Flashing While Installing a ROM .. Try Downloading A New Package(Small Package Pico is Enough) And Flash it Again .. Wipe dalvik & cache after flashing the Gapps ..

Download Gapps from www.opengapps.org (ARM 5.1 Pico ) ..

Download pico package from www.opengapps.org. Flash it from recovery Select ARM - 5.1 - Pico then click on download
