After powering off and turning it on the boot animation changes to default. Also it shows starting apps in every boot.

Hello. pls help me. I have coolpad f1. I flashed this rom, but led nottification doesn't work.
Data Issue
1. I'm facing some issues in switching data from sim 1 to sim
2. Some times data is not getting on
3. Camera not working showing [ Can't be connect]
4. Flash light not getting trun off while switch it on from notification drawer
5. Can't able to turn off Wifi
6. Is there any patch available for these issues
7. Other than all it is the best Rom

List of Issues
Using this rom for the past 1 month and listed below are the issues I find.
GPS navigation-location gets lost while traveling, stays on the searching for GPS screen for a long time.
Bluetooth Connectivity-every time I need to pair to my car to get the Bluetooth connected, previously it gets detected automatically in the stock rom.
Network availability-once the network is gone, it doesn't automatically connect, need to select it manually.
I travel a lot and found these issues because of that. Other minor issues like ring tone doesn't reflect for voice calls, it reflects only for whatsapp and Skype calls.
I'm new to this, so please bare. I really liked this rom very much but if these issues has some kind of a work around it would be great.
