It's actually not losing IMEI, it's because Baseband isn't detected, therefore modem things happen and IMEI isn't detected (It's still there, and will be there when it's working properly -- stock ROM is an example)Thanks, following the first step of renaming emdlogger1 and it worked! I was so happy I called. But I soon realized that I had lost my IMEI.
I really liked your ROM. We just need to fix these bugs:
Sorry but if I lose IMEI I will have to go back to samsung rom stock. I will return to your ROM when I fix these bugs.
I'm flashing the samsung rom while writing, ok flashing the samsung rom and my IMEI is back.
Don't worry about Android software. Most of the changes are available at ROM build (aka. source code), and simply editing build.prop doesn't make magic.I hope you fix these bugs I really liked your ROM, are you working on any updates? Thank you for the assistance
I know of an application that will help you fix these bugs: BuildProp Editor.
## update: Got myself a good backup phone. I might have more time for development now. I do have a fresh ROM build that fixed many smaller bugs, but I feel like without RIL or Camera I shouldn't upload it.
Still, I have little to no time for extra stuff like this (studying for uni, you know the deal), sorry for letting you guys waiting.
