INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

REQUIREMENTS

- A SGS5 G900F/I/M/P/T/W8 Device
- Custom Recovery (CWM or Philz Touch Recovery is preferred, TWRP has some issues) or FlashFire for the Lite versions.
- Lollipop Bootloader and Modem. The easiest way to do this is to flash an official ODIN Firmware. MAKE SURE YOU FLASH THE CORRECT FIRMWARE !!

G900F - (XXS1BPE3-DBT CSC)
G900FQ - (JVS1BPC3-TUR CSC)
G900I - (ZTS1BPE1-BRI CSC)
G900M - (UBU1BPD1-ZTO CSC)
G900P - (VPU3BOK4-SPR CSC)
G900T - (UVU1DOB1-TMB CSC)
G900W8 - (VLU1BOC2-MTA CSC)

INSTALL STEPS

- Copy the ROM over to your SD Card
- Restart your phone into Recovery Mode, and make a backup beforehand if desired.
- Do a FULL Wipe (Optional, but recommended and especially recommended if you are having issues)
- Install the ROM, and restart your phone.
- When the phone has restarted (and with full wipe finish the Setup Wizard), do a Hot Restart to initialise the extra toggles.

These following steps are required in order to complete the Xposed Framework:

- Select the Xposed Installer from the Apps Folder.
- Select Modules and enable your Modules, then go back to the main Xposed menu.
- Select {b]Framework[/b] and make the app restart your phone, make sure to grant SuperSU permissions when asked.
- After the phone restarts the Xposed Framework and Modules should be working, and extra toggles will be available.

KNOWN ISSUES

-- SuperSU is slow to initially respond: I've noticed this with the Boeffla Kernel especially. To overcome the problem, this is what I did:
- Try to execute the app that requires SuperSU. It will probably either say that there is No SuperSU installed, or just not progress at all.
- Do a Hot Restart and wait. In my scenario it asks to check the Automatic Time+Date settings, then after this it will finally show you the SuperSU screen for your desired app.

-- AROMA Installer issues with TWRP Recovery: I advise to use CWM or Philz Recovery as the tests I've done have proven that this is a more reliable recovery, however if you MUST keep TWRP, read the following.
- Sometimes on the installer screen (where it shows copying the ROM etc) the screen may stop updating the information. If this happens, press on the bottom right of the screen to proceed.

Basically the S6 Theme Engine is a mod to the existing Launcher which allows you to use Samsung Themes with the launcher.

Interesting, if i'll flash this rom over a other BOE6 rom i always have to perform a full wipe or i can dirty flash it only wiping system, dalvik and cache? Thank you!

oh i thought, galaxy s6 theme engine would be the one that is linked with the Samsung Store< , but it is only the launcher themes ..

one more thing, do we have to flash the Stock oe6 fw , and then we flash your rom over it ? cant it be done by just flashing your rom directly?

Since its the same firmware you could dirty flash I guess, it should be fine. However I'm always a believer of doing a full wipe when installing a new ROM.

Of course, i'm usually doing that but if i'm too lazy i prefer dirty flashing as well, when i'll have time i'm going to test your work, glad to see another dev for our S5. Cheers :laugh:

I'm glad that I've been able to finally do a custom ROM for the S5, this is the 3rd device that I've made TGP for now.

is it possible to flash ur rom with knox 0x0 ?
a) if u choose stock kernel and stock cwm
b) if u chose stock kernel and stock cwm and xposed framework ?

i flashed alot roms with knox 0x0 with downgrade to 4.4.2 then root it with towelroot and flash rom via mobile odin pro as ota and after that modem and bootloader with pc odin

You should be able to maintain 0x0 status if you use the Custom Installation option and select the Stock Kernel and Stock Recovery. My phone is at 0x1 so I can't confirm, but it should work.

Yes you can.. The 3rd Parrty, Google, and Samsung apps can be selected via the installer.
