just installed this ROM, everything went fine, (flashed the Phoenix kernel, switched from TWRP to Philz, then installed the ROM). seems to work well but it feels a bit laggy tbh.
is anyone else experiencing the same? a tiny delay in-menu, clicking things, opening settings/apps and such
also, the statusbar data icon/wif signal icon look smaller than the rest, tried changing them but no luck.. like some wrong icon dpi scaling?

Ive done it before man i had the battery patch and i tried a couple of different docks but the charge speed is pathetic. I gave both of them away. For charging the S5 you can’t beat a really good quality USB3 data cable. They charge a lot faster than anything else even while you use the phone the entire time.

I have marshmallow bootloader and modem. Am currently running in nemesis reborn 5.5 which is latest update. So can i flash this rom without flashing modem and bootloader as written in op?
Hello guys, i have one questions. In version 11 was possible to hide aplications without to have to block them, in version 15 I can't because only there is two options, ORDER and EDIT, and EDIT is the same as to uninstall one app. What can I do? And I like to remove the search box.

Hey how is your experience after flashing v15?
Am super excited when reading features of v15 but sadly at last it is written in op that we need to flash cpk1 bootloader and modem.i have no computer though. I have marshmallow bootloader and modem which is not latest but 2017 build.
Anyone flash v15 without flashing bootloader and modem? Help me pls...thx in advance.
Anyway i installed phoenix v15 just now without flashing cpk1 bootloader at op. First impression is good. No bugs still now....not even a force close. Am looking to flash xposed framework to use banking apps. Kindly link me to the right xposed framework version for v15.

Got solution from this thread. I uninstall supersu and install latest magisk. Now safetynet is passed and i can use banking apps through magisk hide.

My whatsapp is not working. I try to register it by entering my mobile no. But it saying whatsapp is temporarily unavailable please try again in 5 minutes. Am using phoenix v15 with phoenix reborn kernel. Not xposed. Anyone pls help me...

Solved it...follow app preference reset...reinstall whatsapp....reboot...then successfully verify my number and registered but there was also whatsapp temporarily unavailable popups comes in between verification. Why this issues coming in this rom? Anyway now watsapp is working.

S Voice Install?
When I got these phones, SVoice wasn't on either of them.
Can anyone tell which version of S Voice works on these and how to get it to work? I realize it's IN the ROM, but someone has to have a B/U of it it I can use.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
do a nandroid backup first(just in case, maybe useless)
- Download package from below link and extract(DO NOT FLASH). Inside zip you will find a flashable zip and a apk, copy both into your device
- Install apk normally from your file manager
- Right after, go to recovery and flash theme, reboot
- Go to themes in launcher or settings, you will now have Darkside of MM, click on it and apply.
- Voila, now dark side has you
All shall work very well, only first time when applied,randomly some items not apply, a reboot will fix

V11.0 is here, with several improvements and features.
Before installing the rom, there are several things you must read & know.
I have joined the army 1 year ago. This means I will be home once in 3 weeks for 2-3 days. Therefore, I won't be available to help, answear questions or update my rom fast as before.
Please be patience, I am doing My best.
THIS IS THE LAST Update of Android 5.0! Until Samsung gives us new Android, I won't rebase anymore. Only OTA With fixes from time to time.
Stop demand for S6 port or other things. I am not your worker, this is my hobby. I spend my free time from the army to make you happy. Believe me, I want S6 features too, but not when they have too many bugs due to 64bit libs and more. I am doing the best so this ROM can be the best stable and daily driver.
I DON'T ANSWER TO ANY QUESTION IF YOU DONT BOTHER TO READ THIS FIRST!
let's begin with the bugs:
- None!
Do this before you install anything else(Only if you don't have lollipop installed):
Installation Instructions for v11:
- Do the steps above.
- If you are coming from other ROM or older version, full wipe is needed - super wipe is recommended.
- Use latest philz (have not tested twrp, but it sometime makes problems)
- Flash v11. Choose your mods, etc.
- Reboot.
Several important notes:
- This is important. 5.0 Android system got a better "butter project" and it is hell smooth. In my installation I didn't choose even one tweak. There is no need. There are several tweaks that already inside the rom. But if you really want to flash more tweaks, be careful because it might make your system slow.
- Use V9 wisely. I mean, when selecting Apps/tweaks, don't try to "test" the rom. becuase choosing all option will give you endless very laggy system because system patition won't have free space/some tweaks conflict with other.
- IMPORTANT!! Several Mods in PhoeniX ROM Control require Phone Reboot to work. It is recommended that after applying all the settings you need, reboot the phone.
- FIRST BOOT MIGHT TAKE UP TO 20 MINUTES! Be Patience!

V12.0 is here, with alot of new features, improvments and more!
Before installing the rom, there are several things you must read & know.

- Fingerprint- doesn't work on S7 settings & UI due to different sensor. Therefore, is removed.
- Do not update SVoice to the latest .115 update. It uses S7 location sensor and won't work. The SVoice in the ROM is perfect.

PhoenIX ROM Control
Ok, most of the work was spent on the new ROM Control.
The new ROM control is available only thanks to @daxgirl and @Wuby986 opensource project. To learn about their project, click here!

PhoeniX ROM Control Pro
Alot were worried about it. You shouldn't.
PhoeniX ROM Control Pro, is an option to donate to me via play store. As a thank you from me, it will unlock several more options in ROM Control.
How it works?
In order to enable pro features, you will have to install PhoeniX Pro Key from the Play store.
This applies to all feature updates, ROMs, etc.
