INSTALATION

2 - Copy the ROM's .zip file to your phone (Internal SD)

3 - Reboot your phone into Recovery Mode

4 - Make a Full Wipes:

- Wipe data factory

- Wipe cache partition

- Wipe Dalvik cache (in Advanced)

5 -Install zip from sd card

6 -Choose the ROM's .zip file ( and wait 3 or 4 minutes for installation to complete)

7 - Reboot your system and you're ready, enjoy Gerisrom!

@gsdsrock I'm using the Rom since Sunday, and I've noted that is consuming more battery than 5.3 version. Plus it has a bit of lag on the lock screen and also opening recent apps. But the thing that is more constant is the random reboots . For no reason the phone reboots every hour.
Thanks for this awesome work.
Ps. I was using 5.3 version for about 2 months and none of this happens there.

I installed the ROM yesterday and it works very good. There is a small problem: by restarting the phone I see a Spanish screen (I hope it's Spanish, sorry ....), I expected a German screen (or English). See attached file.

Try a clean installation (Full wipe, format system etc.). I switched from CM 12.1 back to this ROM and have no issues. everything works fine!

I did a clean instalation. In fact I flash bof1 through Odin to make things right. Then I re-flash geris 5.4 rom. But when I install ac display or dinamic notifications, the phone goes crazy and reboots every hour , during the whole day.
Last night I've Uninstalled ac display and everything is OK.
But I can't have any lockscreen notifications app

I'm sorry...as I always flash via recovery, I have no experience flashing with Odin. IMO the problem is in the AC display. I think Samsung uses another lightmanagement in his framework. Are you able to reproduce the reboot or does it happen randomly?

It happens only in this version after I lock the screen. On version 5.3 of this rom, I also used ac display and it worked OK. Anyway I unistalled and everything is perfect now. Look this battery life.[emoji1] Bravo

I have a problem to send sms on dualsim.
I don't have the option "sms/mms" on SIM card manager and when i send sms it's only with the first sim.
