what are the settings? i only get 40K scores on AnTuTu and mine just lag, i just found something weird, whenever i set the cpu max clock its just drop to 1.3ghz even when the phone has normal temp.

Actually there are many things that have been done. I am thinking of making a thread as that would take time to explain.
Just install duki kernel. Install xposed and disable Dvfs in firefds. Your score would immediately be boosted to above 50k. For the rest I will mention in the thread.

Also, 1.3ghz is all normal. We have 2 cpu clusters. Big and small cores. Small core goes upto 1.3 and big core goes upto 1.9. Dont touch those settings. Default is fine. Increasing the speed is not a way to increase performance. Optimization is more important and effective rather then increasing raw cpu clocks.

Once in a month only I get S5 so I can't work on it

I understand your time constraints.
Regarding the kernel, I have read that due to older source files in duki, the viper sound mode was not working. Its working on green apple as its source is updated.

1. I dont know what they mean by source. Can you shed some light on that?

2. Also, how to make latest noughat apps compatible with marshmallow? Like you made the calculator app meant only for noughat compatible with marshmallow. What have you changed in calculator app?

I have disabled dvfs after installing duki kernel. And I get great performance. Actually, disabling dvfs results in controlling the cpu and gpu throttling through kernel instead of the rom. Which is much more desirable and the rom throttling values are quite conservative.
So if you have duki kernel then it is recommended to disable dvfs if you want to run rom at its optimum performance.

No, infact now the heating is lesser than before and the performance is better. Battery is almost same. Although, if you play moderate to heavy games etc then you will get 10-15 mins less screen on time on an average. Thats due to increased performance.
For eg if you get 3.50hrs of heavy gaming SOT by default then you would get 3.35-3.40hrs of SOT With DVFS disabled.
If you have light to moderate usage then there is almost no difference in battery. Because DVFS kicks in only under heavy conditions.

    IF YOU ARE COMING FROM KITKAT OR LOLLIPOP OS THEN FLASH THE MARSHMALLOW BOOTLOADER & MODEM

    Goto Download Mode in Mobile,
    Now in Odin do as Instructed:

    -Flash " Modem ", " Bootloader " & " TWRP Recovery " Via " Odin "
    -For the " Bootloader " select " BL "
    -For the " Modem " select " CP "
    -For the " TWRP Recovery " select " AP "
    -Now hit Start in ODIN after selecting the three files.
    -Restart device


    -Now enter " TWRP recovery " mode
    Then
    ---Delete " Dalvik/ART Cache, System, Data, Cache & Preload "
