Yeah my Samsung 16gb micro SD also says corrupted... I've tried to reformat it again several times on a Mac, PC and tablet

My sd card also shows up as corrupted (125 GB external storage). Couldn't backup complete sd card, hence I restored 5.1.

Used current build (31.12) and did (first) a dirty flash and (secondly) a clean flash. Both with the same problems.

if your external sd card is exfat, you will have problems with cm 13
