Yes, there is definitely improvement in battery life.

It's fast and stable and have yet to encounter a force close so far.

I did notice that I can not use the voice command through my Bluetooth device while inside my car however. Example pressing the call button and saying: "Call Home". I know it worked on my previous ICS Rom.

Is there anyway to flash something on top to fix this or ??

Minimal Edition is pretty stripped down, it may work on the regular UnOriginal though.

Hi guys, sorry if this is too dumb, but I would like to know if I'll be able to flash this rom when I'm actually with Task650's Jellybean Rom.
Or if I have to take some extra steps rather than flashing it from CWM (factory reset, insatall zip..).

Don't get upset, may I ask what is the OP?

BTW, when if first posted my question, I've just wanted to be sure, and that's why I included the steps, but I had the doubt if it may be any problem being in JB and flashing a ginger rom.

OP = original post, i.e., the very first post that more often than not will contain all the valuable info you should need to know in order to install the ROM. Or maybe we should call it the oops post because, oops, no one reads it.

Hello guys, I'm using this beautiful ROM here but I'd like to know something, how can I make status bar transparent? The reason why I want a transparent bar is because I've replaced my display recently, the old display had an ugly dark strip at the top whenever I viewed full screen white back grounds in the dark(a result of un-uniform aging of the blue sub pixels i suppose) but that is not the reason why I replaced it though, it got damaged from an impact. If I could make the top bar transparent, this ROM would perfect for me.

Hey ryude!
First off, thanks for making such a SLICK rom!
I am having one issue and I don't know if it's something that you are aware of or perhaps know how to fix... My wifi tethering wil not work in the normal way: If I activate it through the normal means it will start broadcasting the SSID and devices can connect to it, however, when they do, there is no internet for them to play with, it is as if they connected to a wireless router that is unplugged from the modem..... NOW, in the options, when my phone is not plugged into anything, trying to broadcast wifi for say, my laptop, the option for USB tethering is greyed out. When I plug in a USB cable into the laptop it will allow me to toggle usb tethering on/off ------ only when I have done this will the wifi signal the phone is broadcasting contain any sweet sweet internets. It's nice to have a fix of sorts, but it kind of defeats the purpose of a wireless tether, if say I wanted to supply wifi to my tablet in the car, using this method i'd have to bring my laptop too to connect the phone to, to enable the wifi to have any meat.....

Any ideas or suggestions?

My WiFi tethering works fine. It's probably on your end. Then again I have the top tier data plan which allows it. So not sure if that matters.

I noticed the same behviour with mine too. I use an app called barnacle wifi for that porpose instead. If anyone knows a fix for this it would be great!

The usb-cable trick I was using was actually suggested to me by the AT&T rep on the phone, and It's worked in the past for me just fine, I guess I thought the rom might have something to do with it since I think it's the only thing that's changed.... Maybe I should try re-flashing? Could there be anything with the modem perhaps? I'm pretty novice to most of this so I apologize...

I would do a full wipe, run the kernel cleaning script, and reinstall.
