u dont need to flash any thing....
its only fix for xperia mini

I really like how we can move down the notification bar in lockscreen or in a full-screen app, you know what I mean?
Can you make it on a rom? Because it's usefull I think and it's why I don't want to leave miui but the battery drain is a little fast.
