GB roms are far away to ICS and JB in terms of battery life, speed, hardware and software compatibility and stability. How to continue this project.

You took a wrong rom,you must take xperia mini pro,then,if you have unlocked bl,flashed the kernel.But if your bootloader is locked,you must flash gb stock firmware,root it,place cwm,then install rom.

Download the stock gb firmware in the .ftf format... And flash it over flashtool.

Ok,you are totally disoriented,flashing stock firmware.ftf wont brick your phone with locked bootloader.For using GB,flash gb .ftf,if you want ics,then flash ics .ftf.BUT FLASHING A KERNEL ON LOCKED BOOTLOADER WILL KILL YOUR PHONE,SO DONT DO THAT.

yeah i know it would hardbrick my phone... i am noob but i still know the risk okayy.. its just that in some guide that i have read it all state abt flashing rom using flashtool.. i have an x8, but so far i have never encounter how to flash rom through flashtool??

This rom is pure awesomeness! Using Xkernel on 1.8ghz and oh god its faster than my brother's netbook
