Hi, I want to present you my first work for this forum. I made this rom just for personal use but i want to share it with you all because i think i won't lose anything with that. I focused this rom on performance but without losing a beautiful UI. GingerZed has a extreme smooth experience and Apps will open instantly even when the frequency is locked at 134 - 460Mhz. I removed a bunch of Apps like Calendar, Calculator, Panorama etc. If you want to use it i can make a extra pack, but I think it will ruin my concept of this ROM. For now i just released for Unlocked Bootloader Xperia Mini Pro but in a close future I'll make a version for booth bootloader and all Xperia MDPI.

How to Install

This was the only way i found to make ROM fully Work

Install a GB kernel (Recommend Rage Kernel)

Enter CWM

Wipe Data/Factory Reset

Wipe Cache Partition

Monts and Storage -> Format System

Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache

select zip from sdcard -> Select GZ 1.1 - Build08 - Part01

Wait for Installation to finish

select zip from sdcard -> Select GZ 1.1 - Build08 - Part02

Wait for Installation to finish and Reboot

The first boot take 1/2min, after that let the Rom settle down 5/6min before fully using it :good:

I hope this is the exception to many gb roms make faster but drains the battery very fast

Bro I was waiting for a ROM like this!!
I'll try it as soon as possible, but first I would ask you some questions:

1. Does word suggestions work with the hw keyboard?
2. Does the camera have panorama mode?
3. How is the battery life?
4. Does all apps work without FCs?

I think an excellent proposal to adapt the xperia z as did the zelly cream for ice cream, I think it will be better in GingerBread, and it consumes less system resources, and is a faster, I know how much of battery care spending, and perhaps they give some suggestions as talves adapatar the ui, xperia z also the lockscreen

The HW Keyboard works 100% with suggestions.
Yes but camera isn't working ATM (making a fix).
In other ROMs (ICS/JB) my XMP has to be recharged every 20 hours but with this ROM i recharged it every 2 days.
Yes they do (expect camera/lockscreen for now).

After a lot of ICS and JB experiments i think all of us know's that GB is the King for Xperia 2011

Due to some problems in fixing the Camera and the Lockscreen I'll delay the Update to 1pm/13h (Portguese hour)
Don't know why but when i install fresh rom camera won't work, but it works from backup

OP how did you overlock your phone to 1.9ghz? I can only overlock to 1.5ghz. Btw nice score in antutu.Wanna test your rom when my XMP come from repair.So best regards for my sk17i.

You can OC up to 2Ghz with Rage Kernel, just for benchmark's. I personally use 134-460Mhz in this ROM and it works perfectly, just have to increase a little when playing 3D games.
