What is GNOME ROM?

Gnome ROM is a new ROM that has over 100 different types of customization changes. This is all configured from the Xposed framework store. Gnome includes a variety of changes that are made by you. The ROM is stock with minimal changes except the add one or two changes. The rest is all yours to change.

can we swipe left/right within the notification panel or must we tap on the top right in order to get to notifications/quick settings panel? :)
