So my IR blaster still seems to not work, is there any patch I can try applying to fix this???

I don't have a problem with mine. Maybe try backing up your data and reflash the ROM?

Well, I'm back iB! I told you I'd come back to one of your Roms soon or later I just a feeling that TouchWiz is the best for some reason. I'm really loving this rom (just like last time, lol). I might switch to GoldenEye, I don't know yet. The camera is better on here than on GoldenEye though, but that's just my opinion. The battery life isnt the best, but hey, this phone isn't supposed to have these features so there's something that needs to be sacrificed!

I recently completely clean flashed the rom so I don't think that's the issue. The light blinks when it attempts to send an ir signal, however devices I've made work before do not work now.

Did your restore any data via TB? If you did, what data did you restore and from what rom.

MK2 is JB 4.3 You need to be running NB1 to get this rom 100% working. Its just cause this rom is based on 4.4.2 and you're trying to run it off of 4.3 It just won't work properly.

That brings up a good question... What else besides this rom needs to be updated on a phone that has been running Goldeneye since version 30 something? My phone is lucky enough to be running CWM as it recovery natively no SafeStrap is required. But now I am concerned that maybe something has not been updated outside of updating the rom. I just switched to GoldFinger after being on GEv31...

Should I be concerned about the modem or the kernel?

If you can switch out the kernel I think you'll be fine.

battery stats issue?

Clean installed ROM, multiple times

When not using the phone the battery stats are not updated.
As soon as start using the phone to text or call or browse the net, the battery starts draining almost 1 unit per 1 minute. Anyone else have the same issue?

Hmmm that sounds odd... I honestly have no issues whatsoever with the ROM, zero. Battery is great, responsiveness, stable, love the look. Overall awesomeness everyday.

I am having trouble receiving mms on my GF9 using straight talk. I have tried alternate apps like GO PRO but all of my messages show up a download. When I click on them they fail. I have checked my APN settings. Any ideas?

Hi, I just installed this ROM and everything seems to be working well except for one thing. I installed the version that didn't have the Galaxy apps. But I downloaded Samsung Link and installed it but it won't open up. It just goes to a black screen until I hit the return button. Do I have to flash the version that has the Galaxy apps for these to work? thanks

Just a few questions

So im on version 4.1 xxugnh7 how would I go about updating to the latest version and save all the info that's on my phone now ..I work for metrocast cable and there's a lot of stuff on my phone I would like to keep lime my remote app with every t and set top box known to man kind saved in it .....and how and if I should update my modems \ radios .....Any help would be greatly appreciate .. I'm pretty sure I could figure it out but I figure asking questions is the best policy. ...thanks for any help you can give .....

These are the settings I had to use to get all that working on Net10. They are all the same company and so perhaps some of these settings will help you.

mmsc - http://mmsc.cingular.com

mmsproxy - wireless.cingular.com

authentication type PAP

APN Type - default,supl,mms

Can any body help me here? Do I need to reflash and install the Galaxy apps for them to work? Also the S-view does not fit in the window very well, is that something that can be fixed or is being worked on? thanks
