Geocaching apps are not showing up. Kaos had this same problem and found a fix. Maybe someone should talk to him about it

Ok, I can confirm now that I can send MMS by using the apns-conf.xml in CELB-Froyo1.1
this is unfortunately by design.I'm not sure if it brings back the missing apps, but this fixed my market being so slow.

Also, MMS working just fine while WIFI is OFF. Didn't work with it on
Is there a way to fix the market from your phone. I don't ive adb on this computer and need a little more direction.....on using terminal or any other way.

I don't have a fix for the market just yet. I spent alot of time yesterday(too much time lol) messing with the market. It is a top priority and it will get done as soon as possible. JCase has graciously taken a look at it so maybe he will see something I missed.
Ran NAV this morning to work and had a reboot after about 5 minutes. I restarted it afterwards and it worked great for the remaining 15 minutes.
Does have the Time Without Signal bug.....I was at 58% just now. Trying the airplane trick to see if that clears it.
I was able to copy my apk's from another rom onto my sdcard and then activate them using this rom, so I've got most of my necessary apps (agenda widget / SwitchPro / LauncherPro) but a market fix would be great...no rush.
So far, I'm digging this.....especially with mms working!

I tested this too today and had the same results twice. After the reboot my nav ran for 40 min and 60 min without a problem. It just sucks that the reboot happens.
Idk if its been posted but Im running 1.1 and when i try to connect to the computer it just sits there like its working trying to connect but it never connects.
as in your computer doesn't see it at all? can you do adb commands? I have no problems with my pc seeing the phone.
Nvm it was my sdcard i forgot i had the ext partition and it wasn't reading my sdcard at all.
My bad.
Edit: anyway to get the apps back on the market?

I was wondering if we have to wait for fix on the camera if there's an app to install?
I've also noticed that the Navigation was in KM not miles. As far as I could tell, there was no way to change a setting. But I don't know about coding and command lines...

I haven't tried any 3rd party camera's cause the market doesn't work yet but they might work if you install from a backup. Haven't even tested the gps yet. This stuff takes time which there never seems to be enough of lol....I appreciate the feedback and testing as I know this isn't really a use all the time rom for most people quite yet so I appreciate the ones that are taking the time to load it up and test stuff out for me....
Thanks for the time spent, I can only imagine how much time you spend working on these ROMS. I love the ROM though and have been using it as a daily, but I'm getting ready to pass the Eris on to my Sis and she'll need the camera operational, as she has children and wants to use shopsavy
I tried using a backed up camera apk from your ELB 2.8 ROM, but no luck, everything else works great! Pandora works well with JIT enabled, handcent, Youtube, Weather Bug Elite, Beautiful Widgets, Astro, Root Explorer all work well, facebook/gmail sync and Launcher Pro works well! My Linpack score is 5.38 clocked at 768mhz, everything runs smooth and I like all the settings/options. If I figure something out for the camera I'll post the results, until then, I will patiently wait for the next release. I think if you can live without a camera this is a daily ROM Great Job!It looks like the market is still missing quite a few apps so I'm still looking at it. I'm not a fast dev but I'll get it done eventually.
Conap, you've done an awesome job on this ROM. It is my daily driver and I will let you know if I notice anything. I'm running v1.2 and will try and test GPS tomorrow if I get a chance.
the Camera is really wigging out in 1.2.....no black screen with lines....now its checkerboard with a float grey box .... you take a picture and it just takes a picture preview of a green android and camera magic now just force closes
