What issues are you guys having? Asphalt 8, MC4, and Dead Trigger 2 work fine for me.

I'll also note that using Bluetooth headphones kills download speeds. Get peak download ~700kbs without and 100kbs when connected. (Google is telling me this isn't out of the ordinary.)

Can you tell me more about this? This is exactly what I'm seeing on the AOKP 4.3.1 ROM. Is Google saying that this is to be expected on any ROM and on any ver. Of Android (4.0 - 4.4). Have you found anything that minimizes this affect?

Guys I need help. I tried to flash this latest rom using clockworkmod 6.0.1 and it failed. I don't have another rom on the tablet and now I'm stuck. How do I go about fixing this? Thanks in advance.

you need an updated recovery. That version doesn't work for 4.4 KitKat. I suggest:

1. Power off the tablet.

2. Boot into boot loader mode and flash the latest CWM recovery (TWRP won't work for 4.4 yet).

3. Once you do that then you can boot into recovery and choose "ADB sideload"

4. Below is the Android adb tools. Download it. Open up. Once that's done put your zip in the folder and shift+righ-click. Open cmd.

5. Run "adb devices". If you see your phone then "adb push name_of_ROM.zip

Ok I'm in bootloader (the android on his back with his compartment open) I think. How do I flash the recovery from there? I can't get past the google screen if I go out of the bootloader.

This is a very basic step in rooting you should have already learned. If u didn't learn on to use fastboot to flash a recovery go read the stickies. Also use this instead of the SDK I mentioned above. If you have any other questions plz pm me or make a new thread in Q\A. Don't polute this thread.

Edit: I just realized my pm system has been broken ever since I joined this community and I can't get a mod to fix it. If mod sees this please help me!

OK after searching through posts for what seemed like eternity I have not found a reason as to why I can't flash this ROM in TWRP for multiboot. I got the same error trying to flash cm 10 it said something about an updater binary failing /tmp/mr_update.zip or something of that nature, I saved the log or at least I that I did but it didn't save so I can't post the exact error. I can flash other Roms in multiboot with no issues, so what am I not getting? I have newest bootloader and all that stuff so ya, help please? Thanks in advance!

Re-download because lots of people are using this ROM in multiboot. I had no problems flashing koko98's latest cm11 here and I don't remember doing anything special to do so. I flashed it as I would any other ROM. Good luck...

Great ROM, great battery live. I also don't have any issues with gaming.

Anyone else experiencing extremely slow charging on this ROM? Took over 6 hours to fully charge (not via USB either).

I am. I just flashed the 11/08 version last night. I charged it overnight and for about 12 hours and it only charged up to 40% from like 20 or 30. Had it in airplane mode ad I usually do overnight.

Has someone installed this rom with multirom as secondary? I did and with this ROM's own kernel didn't boot any longer than bootlogo. But with faux kernel booted fine. Anyone else facing this?

    VERY IMPORTANT!!

    IT SHOULD BOOT AT FIRST TIME (16/11 build)

    If you want to use this ROM as secondary in MultiROM:
    -FLASH ROM AND GAPPS
    -REBOOT, IT SHOULD STAY IN BOOTANIMATION, REBOOT PRESSING POWER FOR 10 SECS
    -IT SHOULD BOOT NOW, BUT IT WILL STAY IN FINISHING BOOT, REBOOT

    -Enjoy CyanogenMod

    IMPORTANT: CyanogenMod Updater will show updates, your N7 won't get bricked but you'll lose all the features of my ROM

    Go back to Dalvik if your N7 doesn't boot:

    Plug in your N7 to your PC and with adb do the following:

    Code:
    $ adb shell
    $ su
    # echo -n libdvm.so > /data/property/persist.sys.dalvik.vm.lib
    # reboot

    Find older builds here:

    dev-host folder

    New features such as PIE, HALO will be added when they're officially ported by their creators to KitKat
