There is a problem, i need testing for my kernel and some other binaries but i dont have vs985
Everything else is almost done

The cpu is maxing out at 1497mhz. I'm just trying to get it to the stock speed of 2457 Mhz. Is this problem normal?

If you cool down your phone,then the frequency will be set to 2.4 again

I got a notification saying that my update is downloaded and verified and that i should restart the phone. It says that it will check optimal performance with Sprint network... So what is it? Can it be disabled?

For all the guys hanging at the LG logo. Go back into recovery and do a factory reset and reboot into system. Then check back in here and see if that works for you. Worked for me.

Ummm disable notifications of google play services to hide that notification, and dont install that update
Actually LG update service must be disabled

ok, I understand. If there is anything you want me to try or test I am willing to help. You said you didn't have the VS985 to test but I do have it. In fact I have 2 of them . So I can test and not worry. I have several backups also of existing roms.

I agree 100% ok keep me updated. I appreciate you working on this. Team Mutiny is also doing a VS985 rom that will have similarities to other international Roms. I'm really happy others decided to spread the love around for us VZW folks. It's painful seeing all the great development for LG G3 and other variants and we can't use it.

Easy peasy....... You can downgrade to ZV4 and root again. See bank below. Should be all you need.
