Want potraite mode on this ROM may I get it 19192

If you can help me to get potraite mode on this device as I m the great fan of the potraite mode of pixel 2 I also need it please help..

Thank you for this excellent rom!! Will the video recording bug be fixed in the future? Is there any other solution availiable such as an application that will make it work for now?

is there a newer functional (!) build after lineage-15.1_j11_20180408_NIGHTLY-serranovelte.zip
Does somebody know whats the reason for the video recording error?
@zevs12: Open Camera from play store does not work.
Any other solutions?

But it seems that disable audio recording changes the kind of given errors...
And i can not record audio with the including recorder app.

New code has to be written!

Have anyone successfully flashed any nightly build?

Flashing lineage-15.1-20180312-UNOFFICIAL-serranovelte.zip and open_gapps-arm-8.1-pico-20180528.zip caused my phone to be stuck in boot logo, although I cleared all caches.

Firstly, THANKS!!

I received an OTA info about the update. As I am still using TWRP I had to manually select the update file after rebooting to recovery.
Though, again I got to deal with "E3004: This package is for device: serranovolte; this device is ."

After solving this, I flashed the build J19 (dirty flash on present build J7, cleared dalvik/cache) and it works.

Further to confirm, I have recorded video with audio!

Last but not least, thanks again!

Wow! It's incredibly stable, and I really like this ROM. The previous bug with my SD needing to be formatted is gone, and my device now recognizes it without issues. Video also seems to work well with audio. Thank you @Danil_e71 , nice work

Thanks @Danil. As installation was a pain in the axx as usual on my device:eek: it's a real satisfaction when the screen is on even battery seems to last longer.
But when I switch from standby (black) display to normal use there is a lot of stuttering. So let's see.
Anyway thanks a lot to Danile for rejoining the thread:good:

Big Thank You for your great work @Danil_e71 ! I tried this last build j19 and it has the same HUGE battery drain as j11 build, the last one I used daily. ”Mobile Network Standby” used 570 mA (24% / 24 h) from battery...normal is 1 - 2 % / 24 h .I went back to Nougat OS 7.1.2 nightly builds (May 30, 2018) . Something is not working well in Lineage Oreo. :confused:

    Installation
    1. Make a backup!
    2. Install recovery here
    3. Reboot into recovery
    4. Wipe data (You may get a "staus 7" error if you fail to wipe.)
      [*]Install the Current ROM
      [*]Optionally install Gapps
      [*]Boot phone into normal mode




    Most of Android/LineageOS is licensed under the Apache License with other small parts licensed under other open-source licenses. Which means that you may modify and redistribute without asking for permission as long as the proper credits is given and it is not misappropriated as being the official LineageOS.
