I am having issues with the Email client on CM10.1.3 RC2. When I try to move an email using my Exchange account the folders are all messed up and some are even missing.

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this at but its quite an annoyance. Also is there a way that that the E-Mail / Exchange settings app supports text messages like the Samsung E-Mail / Exchange apps do?

I'm having issues with the telephone speaker on CM10.1 RC1, volume is too low...

Just wondering, does anyone notice a huge battery drain on their device with CM10.1 ? I already had this happening with the nightlies and CM10.1.3 RC1 & 2.

I have the same problem... I looked at the Time Stat (After reset Batteriestat) 8 Hours runtime, 7.50 hours Google-Services 80 % of Time...

I will check these on RC2 again...

same problem here,

anyone know why ?

I've done some testing to understand this a little more.

My ideal setup would be CM10.1.3 RC2 with OpenPDroid and then Gapps.

I start to flash CM10.1.3 RC2 first (before I did this I wiped my ROM using Philz recovery). Then I let my device run for 4 hours and I notice it drained 2%.

After that I flash the OpenPDroid patch and then let it run for another 4 hours. This was a 3% drain (prolly because of the flash and all that).

To finish I ended up flashing the latest 4.2.2 Gapps from goo.im/gapps and then I noticed a huge increase in battery usage. I dont have the exact numbers at hand anymore but it was about 5% every 2 hours. The top process accoording to the battery app was "Android OS".

In order to make sure its not the OpenPdroid patch thats messing with Gapps I did this again without the OpenPDroid patch and had the same results.

So from my understanding its could just be that the Gapps are causing this.

CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.2 (JB), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.
