Ok compiled a new build with pjre cm sources.. Unknown baseband.. Think i know what the problem is and i will have a crack at fixing it tomorrow

3g is working but no signal bars and no H appear!!
call also work
but in NC there is less tile than aicp !?!?
i know that aicp is nameless based but also in nameless there is less tile than AICP
The fix or commit with the ril changes don't work with RR :crying:. I am only getting data connection when I select 2G only in preferred networks. 3G or H doesn't connect. I also got baseband unknown, but only after booting....and it lasts about 5 minutes or more till it connects to baseband. I am still with nameless and aicp device sources...what another fix you have in your mind?
Hmm bugger.. I noticed it does take some time to connect with the ril change

I am also waiting for NamelessRom crew to start porting to 5.1 for now I have very unstable data connection on AICP 9.0

Just install the new build.
Data and SMS is working.
But the i'm having trouble with the calls. Most of the times i can't make a call, and when i can and disconnected the call, the phone freezes and the call remains active in the background.

Is 3G and LTE working proper now? And which device sources are you using now? Complete with cm? Device, kernel and hardware? And what branch are you synching at the moment? Because I am with device, hardware and kernel with nameless sources and still have the 3G bug with my yesterdays test build
i kinda noticed i forgot to do something with the sources yesterday so 3g still isnt working proper.. i will be adding new files to sorces today and will recompile
@rodman01 im currently working on updating my i9305 repo MANUALLY lol. To be inline with 5.0 build and also to have fixed data connection. I will let you know when im done

First time installing CyanogenMod 12.1 to your Galaxy S3 I9305, or coming from another ROM:
- Read known issues ans FAQs
- Flash one of the recovery images (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and CM12.1 ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM12.1 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 12.1:
- Copy CM12.1 ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM12.1 zip from SDCard
- Reboot

No more ROMs and testing for me guys. Will be giving my beloved s3 away to a friend who needs a phone. Hope all goes well with everyone who will still use this device in the future, I will continue cm 12.1 updates until the team is done with it and focused on updating cm 13 more.. Hope you guys get cm 13 soon.
