I am ask rom developer to give me permission but not any response..

As this isn't Rod's thread it might be better to alert him by mentioning @rodman01 (as I did here).
If I correctly recognise your status bar it shows the network signal but a very week one. However, this all depends on the used theme i.e. nothing wrong for me.

it's port Rom from eclipse rom v9 by ac for n7100 by myself
all work perfectly but only this problem arises......
i ask him that he said any problem is made then i will try to solve so i asked him how to ovecome this problem
if you know then you also give me some tip

and one things i ask dev of eclipse rom v9 by AC to give me permission but not any response since 1 month
if i make thread about port from his rom.then my account is banned or not???
if not then can i make a thread about that rom????

I've to admit that I haven't clearly understood yet, what the problem is.
In the screenshot you've attached bove you state "not show signal..." but you have the mobile network icon (what I'd call a signal icon) in your status bar and also your provider ("Ncell"???) being indicated.
Or did you want to express that you have no WiFi icon/indicator show although everything is working fine.

Knowing that @MaHo_66 terminated development of this ROM or for the i9305 in toto due to lack of a device, I recognise in his profile that he's still around on XDA (latest today at 10:50 UTC). Did you already try to contact him by PM regarding your request?

I also asked you about the links to the repos, to the sources which you took for your build and what you have changed. Some information about whether signal is not working, will say calls and mobile data does or does not, or whether only the icon, the status bar is displaying the status wrong or insufficient. If its only the wrong picture and wrong icon showing, and signal is working anyways and proper, than I would guess you missed to port them or the file names are wrong or mixed up. They could be in framework-res and/or systemui and there, if I remember right, in the drawable folders.

I don't know the content of each of that downloads and also not what is additionally in the aroma installer, beside of that I nearly haven't touched tw roms so far, so its hard for me to give you help without those infos. But if you only copy and pasted the complete apks you mentioned than I would expect that some drawables are missing. Maybe you need to add the signal icons also in the res/drawable-hdpi folder? On the other hand I would guess that the 2 devices have the same resolution... For statusbar icons, as said its a long time ago since I have themed, check the pngs in systemui.apk and framework-res.apk.

btw how are the signal icons from maho looks different to the ones from AholicCert? Maybe you can just search the folder in AholicCert rom for the relevant pngs and compare whether they are also in the folders of the rom from maho.

On the other hand in AholicCerts thread you posted that radio is also not working, have you already fixed this? Without radio, it might be the question whether it is worth to fix the signal icons. And at least I highly guess that maho or AholicCert will be the better persons to address your questions, then me. Also because I won't download both roms in the near future and flash the one for our device and at least decompile apks etc to see the content, to verify the issue and to find a solution for the problem.

Do this:

- open my rom and then go to system/framework and there take out ''framework2.jar'' and ''telephony-common.jar''

- copy those 2 .jar files and got your port rom system/framework and put there

this should fix the signal problem :good:
