Welcome all!
First of all, im not responsible for anything that may happen to your device! By installing custom recovery, automatically voids you warranty and set your knox to 0x1 so if you dont care, continue!

I personally thank you ALL for testing my rom!

Version 1.1.x - Stands for De-odexed system on DOB5. Will receive every new update and in every update, i will try to port them in small flashable zips for you to be easier to upgrade
Version 1.2.x - Stands for De-odexed system on DOD3. The same as V1.1.x for the updates

This rom will be completely yours!. You will decide what to change and what to add. I will try to make polls that you will vote about the new feature, and please write on this topic your thoughts and what you want to be ported.
I will reject everything that slows down the device!

When all i9506 move on to DOD3 or DOD1, the development of DOB5 will stop.

I tripped Knox Warranty to 0x1 in order to be able to develop a rom for Galaxy s4 i9506 because in rom development there are not a lot of active projects. Im doing this for you! Nobody told me to do this! If you like this rom you can always help the development by testing it,and writing your opinion. And of course you can buy me a beer by pressing the donate me button, in order to be more happy to develop this rom during this hot summer!(In greece we have summer right now!)

Features

1. It uses base of I9506XXUDOB5(V1.1.x) or I9506XXUDOD3(v1.2.x)
2. Pre-rooted with Latest SU
3. De-odexed
4. Extremely de-bloated(only kept what it needs for the phone to work properly and keep Samsung design)
5. Will provide zips that will restore some of the bloatware
6. Tweaked for faster boot and speed
7. Uses less ram than official DOB5 firmware or DOD3 firmware
8. Official - stock kernel
9. Some great features of S5(Dialer last spoke-message,lockscreen clock in the middle and more to come)
10. A much better improved battery life!!

Installation guide
1. Must have installed (For v1.0.x and V1.1.x DOB5, for V1.2.x DOD3) firmware before installing this, or you will result without wifi and sound!
2. Flash stock System from odin of full flash the firmware(flashing should include bl,ap,cp,csc)
3. Copy the rom to the root of your sdcard/internal storage and the secc.zip and whatever mod fron post #2 you may want to install
4. Flash TWRP recovery via odin and boot to TWRP
5. It is better to wipe your data but not essential
6. Flash the rom and after it completes, all the mods you want with what order you want
7. Wait for it to boot(leave it for 10 minutes)
8. In case of getting System stopped responding, hold power button until phone completely reboots(shows Galaxy S4 screen) and it will boot normally
9. (If you installed on a formatted phone)On diagnostic data, click undestand and No Thanks

General installation instructions
Download zip and flash it via TWRP!
Samsung Browser installation
You will need Root Explorer.Flash the zip, and then Extract the zip and copy the libsbrowser.so to system/lib/libsbrowser.so overwriting the existing file, and set permissions 644 to the copied file.
If you dont want to install Samsung Music and Video, you can alternative install from playstore Google play music and MX player

Get S5 Particle effect Unlock or Abstract Tiles
Download Sqlite editor.apk and open Settings storage -> settings.db -> system
Search for ripple, and click on id 556 lockscreen_ripple_effect. Cick the edit and :
Value 1 = Ripple effect
Value 2=Light Unlock effect
Value 3=Particle effect
Value 11=Abstract Tiles

Enable 4G(Uknown reason why dissapeared from settings)
Fixed in version 1.x.2 - Flash the zip from the attached Files in post #1

guess ill wait for the next release. :)) but im trying this rom soon. :)

hope its possible to make it DOD3 so that we have the mute option.

I wont port s6 rom to s4 because i cant, But i will port several apps of s6 to s4 :)

no, i don't but DEHAWK kernel set Se Android to permissive
with stock I can't edit a text file on sdcard: permission denied
if u can do something for that it would be great

You can flash arter kernel :) it works with this rom but I always believe stock is better. Flash arter Kerner for touchwiz and get rid of this seandroid :)
