For LOS16 there are two switches needed to enable call recording. A main switch to globally enable recording and a country dependent one.

I think its actually compiled into the ROM, not a freestanding file available for editing.

I *think* that commit includes both locations, which form part of the resultant dialer apk.

Didn't see your question, but I'm pretty sure that many people (with gapps installed) have this problem. Please try my solutions described in the I9506 Havoc thread.

i have massive Problems with Wifi on my S4 GT-I9506
the Wifi is connected than 10-20 seconds later is the device disconnected.. than will the device not connect.. when go to the Wifi settings i see its deactivated for my Router and i must tip on this to activate it.

hey ho Guys,
i have massive Problems with Wifi on my S4 GT-I9506
the Wifi is connected than 10-20 seconds later is the device disconnected.. than will the device not connect.. when go to the Wifi settings i see its deactivated for my Router and i must tip on this to activate it.
i have show with the Tool MatLog and i see on the Logs many Errors with wpa_supplicant and something

Firstly, I would suggest when posting logs to use a text hosting service like del.dog, or zip & attach the log files. Now to your problem...

Have you tested the connection with a different WiFi Network?
Does the WiFi disconnect while the screen is ON and you are actually using the network eg transferring a large file?

Now i am running lineage-16.0-20190609 and i want to go on lineage-16.0-20190707. Which is the best updating method when we are not changing android versions? Thank you for your time.....

Generally speaking, the "best" option is not the easiest. ie a "clean flash"

It is normally safer to do a clean install. ie wipe Data, cache, dalvik & system (if your really eager then wiping your internal SD is also an option), then flash the ROM zip and GApps. Thats termed a "Clean Flash".

More commonly, when updating to a new build of the same ROM (including android version ), its simpler to just wipe the cache and dalvik, then flash the ROM. The install zip has specific steps included to restore things such as GApps; ie you do not need to flash gapps. This is called a "Dirty Flash" and when it wont work for an update, the ROM maintainer will normally let you know that a clean flash is required. A dirty flash basically gets you to the latest version of the ROM while keeping all your installed apps and config.

I have seen were people believe that wiping system is part of a dirty flash, however, that actually works against the steps of an install zip; but is still the preferred method for some.

I have another problem. After installing the lineage-16.0-20190707 build, i have sound distortion.
Does anyone run into the same problem?

I have not posted the following previously because it is explicitly not with this lineage build and therefore completely OT. However, I like to use my phone as an instrument, so am very interested in audio latency (the time from when I press a key on my keyboard to when the instrument starts playing). I noticed that there is a commit in the device specifically to reduce latency (Low latency audio), so I included that commit in a build of another ROM (Pie Havoc-OS); I too have audio distortion in that build.

I assumed it had to do with this single commit not being compatible with the rest of the ROM/device sources, however, now that you have mentioned it, maybe it is an issue.

On full PC's, setting the latency too low causes the same distortion, and when trying to reducing audio latency, it is dependent on setting the audio buffer to a reasonably large number; NB: the bigger the buffer, the larger the latency. The place to alter the buffer size in the code, did not jump out at me.

Let me repeat, its not this lineage build, so its OT, but simply an interesting "co-incidence" I am sharing.
