Thanks for providing an inofficial build for this phone!
I’ve installed the latest version on a i9506 and so far it is working except for the following issues:
I have not flashed the recommended modem/bootloader as I didn’t find instructions on how to do this with heimdall. Can this be the cause of the issues? (Did that now, same result.)

- Notification LED is not working
- Random reboots, sometimes when interacting sometimes even just while on stand by.
- No mobile data (regardless of whether it’s activated or not)

Did that when setting it up initially.
Mobile internet works! :good: LED not. Haven’t yet tested long enough to test for random reboots. Again flashing the recommended bootloader/modem didn’t make a difference.

At this point I think the LED might be a hardware issue. I’ll try to replace it …

Replacement LED works ✓ So I guess this was never a software issue.
Update to September Security Patch works like a charm!

Yes, 'SystemUI lag' has been partially fixed. At least on clean notification area there are no more lags. But once there is a (permanent) entry its coming back. As a workaround i disable notification for such apps and all is fine.

I've installed this v17 since june and and everything works well ofr me except one thing. When an alarm is set, if the phone is in stanbye mode (which is obviously the case every morning !
), a notification sound is played, and then the alarm sound is played, which is really annoying.
Am I the only one to have this behaviour ?
Is it a bug ?

I took the plunge and upgraded from LOS 16 to 17.1. I did a clean install with TWRP 3.3.2 (already on the phone from 16.0) and it went very smoothly.
It is running very nicely. Thanks to all who contributed to making this nice ROM. Looking forward to LOS 18!

1) the bluetooth icon doesn't display in the status bar when turned on - and I did make sure it was ON in the status bar settings.
2) the gps locates satellites fast, but doesn't get a fix on them. When I originally installed 16.0, it also found them fast but only at first did it find satellites, then it stopped doing that.
Does anyone have any ideas how to fix these issues?
Finally, one thing does disappoint me and it probably is an Android 10 issue. It seems I can no longer turn on location in battery saving mode, i.e., using wifi and cellular data without GPS being on.

@kyasu i was wondering if there is any way to change mtu in rom to 512? Crdroid uses 512 bytes mtu and thus allows amiibo usage. Can this be fixed on this rom?

Yeah I faced same issue. And any one knows how to update this lineage 17.1 and when will the new update roll out? When releasing new updates can feature request be made possible with votes? Please do that!! Would be great community with enhanced features.

So I am little noob here @kyasu, I am using los17.1 10 QQ3A.200805.001 eng.kyasu.20200912.103606 release -keys and I went to updater settings to update over the air, It says no new updates found.
Android 10 is of date september 12.
Last checked is showing current date but can't update. How to update easiest way please without loosing my datas?
Hey kyasu how can i update from september 12 version to october 9 version without data loss and OTA update. Please refer me any links or any hints would be helpful. @kyasu
This is an unofficial build. Generally speaking, the dev wou.ld be more targetted at making the LOS source work on our specific device. Requesting new features of the ROM would most likely be better targeted to the LOS team, not an unofficial device thread.
Most unofficial ROMs do not posses the infrastructure required for OTA's.
To flash an update without loosing your data, in most cases, you can do a "dirty flash". There are hundreds of posts on how to do that. Do a search and you will find them quite easily.

maybe Disable ZRAM and ZCACHE. in kernel side too and add VNSwap if zram still have problem
