after flash the rom every thing is ok but camera when open give me error ( Camera failed )
what can i do to make camera work

did you do clean flash by clearing system data ,cashe and dalvik ? which recovery you are using ?

Smart scroll don't work. And I can't find vocal command on camera end vocal command on call setting

Smart Scroll is working perfectly with me.

So just a question, this is like the v3l mod or is it any different? Im in v2l and i was planning to do a clean install of everything since I'm getting some battery drain issues or should i flash this instead of dn4?

This is full rom friend not mod. it has many features ... check the change log.

You are the one who is facing many problems and fc in rom. Try to reflash you rom. There are no such problems in rom.

Some feedbacks!
This is one of the best 4.4.4 roms!
-Nice UI
-Really Smooth (I'm use Luzactiveq + Sio)
-Battery life is better than any 4.4.4 rom that I've tried !
But :
-Ram consumption is high ( Free ram is usualy about <700mb, sometime -> 300mb ) I don't use any OTT, or Social Apps, just some games + snapseed, vsco !
-Dolby crashes alot but I dont use it much, so It's okay Max Audio sometimes make the "POP" sound when playing games (I have heard that sound two times, and I will test more)
-Air View is automically turned on after each boot, i don't know if it's a bug or something
***All others is great, perfectly working

Before flashing check MD5 intergrity first. Do this always!

It's an incorrect way. Try to full wipe then flash the rom.

No if you trying to flash this rom you need twrp or philz before flashing. It seems you are on stock firmware. Please check if you are on stock 4.4.2 then flash twrp via odin after that you just follow the instructions on op
