Go to viper ui settings > expert > scroll down and set the output gain to -4.0 db

Viper don't work well wit Dolby Atmos and Maxxaudio
When pressing the volume button you hear a not so nice sound.
So i unstalled viper now everything is well.

(they have same functions but fixing method is different)

Features.

If you turn off maxx audio and dolby atmos, you will get the stock volume levels. Personally I find maxx and dolby boost the volume too much for our comfort level

It does not solve the problem. Disabled dolby and maxx, in agni sound set to stock 57 and it's too loud. On 40 level is to silent. This is agni 4.4.5 problem of Rom?

Yes but don't forget set permissions
I always copy this file first to system and set permissions to 0644 and then move it to
Priv app it will ask you to over wright and press yes
Reboot device and done.
May be you copy first the original touch wizz apk to you sd card
When you don't like the new one you can replace it back.

Almost every Samsung kitkat Rom has stuttering when screen is off. This has driven me crazy, especially because I use my note 8.0 for Bluetooth audio streaming. The only solution has been to set the min Cpu value at 500 mhz; I have also tried different governors and the best one seemed to be lulzactiveq. So I have created two different kernel profiles (I have boeffla kernel) and I set tasker to automatically switch to music profile when there's audio media streaming combined with screen off state.

EDIT: Also would be able to pass along the instructions to set that up I know how to set tasker profiles but where do I go to set the CPU values based upon certain criteria?
