after setup lock screen with Pin, now I can not choose "swipe" lock, just 2 option i can make a choose now is lock with pin and password, anyone can solve that problem ?

Here no problem like this mate!after reading your problem,I tried locking in your way but everything working fine.I can suggest you that dirty flash your ROM again.May be you will get remaining options.

I tried installing in my friend's T-mobile note 2... I am not getting any network... tells me to insert a usim to access network...
any work around??

Ive run dn4 and miui both work fine... but i wish to run this rom...

imei and baseband is null, there is a circle showing in the place of network signal & when i click on mobile network in setting, it says "please insert usim to get network access"

to be downloaded:
- eclipse v6 rom
- agni kernel n7105 http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=16060
- lte addon patch https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=XZs8hHZb2mB9amRz7SPADlmHNRWTVmOmu0y

installation:
- backup importants files
- full wipe (clean intall is recommended)
- flash rom, addon, kernel
- wipe cache and dalvik
- reboot

You can try this on your at&t mobile by @b.eslabon but select agni kernel for your at&t phone.May be it can help u out
