Hey guys, I'm helping a friend and trying to install this ROM on her Note 2 7100.
First, it doesn't recognize the Eclipse ROM in the internal memory and then if I put it on the external SD, it fails saying that the md5 is corrupt.
I re downloaded the ROM and it still fails saying it is unable to mount e:/ partition. Any ideas?

just came to eclipse v8 from RR-MM rom.
facing certian issue.i hope someone with give me pointers.
1)action memo>>writing vertically at the edge and then clicking that cloud button shows the contexual menu that is misaligned..
on other hand writng horizontally ,shows contexual menu which is properly aligned...i saw this problem before,where some file needs to be flashed,but i cant find it now
2) new messaging app is horrible looking. Any idea how to get v6 or older messaging app?
3)pressing power button for power/reboot menu take a long time to show up and and equal longer time to register input and selecting options.
this lag is only here and nowhere else in rom
4)this one is most important,and i never thought i will say it,but please can i have 240dpi everywhere.can someone provide moded app for 240dpi. I am sorry but RR-MM hooked me to this bad 240dpi habit and i just cant get off

seccondly after completing download of rom,check md5 checksum on phone via an app or on windows pc via md5 checker software and make sure they match.

could you please tell me which recovery you are using and which version?

Flash twrp recovery again. Your recovery is not working or use 2.8.7 version if 3.0.2 doesnt help you

240 dpi mod still not there for v8 but you can use this good launcher by josete where you can change grid patterns to look like 240 dpi

There is no lag on pressing power button. Its working good. Put governor to lulzactiveq mod and uncheck restrict cpu restriction in power saving in settings. It will enable smoothness. If problem persist flash rom again
Use Flat style Bar Indicators module which you can get from google play or xposed repository where you can get desired status bar icons and pro version allows you more flexibility
Currently I am on stock rom so cant help you about action memo

I installed TWRP version 2.8.7, same errors. It does not recognize the ROM when placed on the internal memory, and if I run the one on the External SD I get an error saying "Skipping md5 check: no md5 file". :s
Place in internal sd only and go to recovery, go to install>sd card>if 0 is there then press it. It should be there or check in twrp folder if it is there. Via ext sd card it will give errors. MD5 message is normal I think. Keep trying! Or otherwise google for more issues

-already flashed the messaging and contacts fix. i have problem with these themed app,so i will try myself to find older one from or use textra.
-as for mega zip,is it possiblle to get aroma installer for these mods to select which to flash and which to not.

-for 240dpi, i can manually set many apps to use 240dpi via app settings xposed module.however full rom being 240dpi would be a great feature.
-yeh the power button lag seems to have disappeared . i dont know what caused it.
Due to lack of time unable to prepare aroma however you can download that zip and extract the apps and place it in corresponding folders but mega zip as a full is good

Just bought an N7100 and flashed your v8 rom, along with agni kernel: all around no complains,
everything works smooth with good battery life
Premise: I also have an i9300 (S3) with blekota note 4 lite rom and boeffla kernel.
My few considerations to share:
1) Amoled displays are always "warm" in color,I know, like with a "yellowish tint".
But on said S3, in "display mode" options, all the selections are more different one another in intensity,
while on N7100 Eclipse v8 all the choices feel the same.
Setting "photo amoled" and disabling auto-tune (but still on auto brightness)
to both devices, S3 stays way much more colorful and brighter, without the yellow tint in comparison to
the Note2. May some of the values in blekota rom be of any help? I know the devices are similar.
It might be useful to fix/tweak this "issue" for sunny days.
I've read around there's Perseus kernel to fix this, but it is not compatible with your rom, I'm afraid.
2)Is there the possibility of a 5x6 app drawer? EDIT: found the answer in thread myself.
3)Pulling down the status bar on white apps like Browser makes time/battery values hard to read,
background is too trasparent IMHO and should be a bit darker.

what i want is

could you describe the key behaviours in this file and how does it differ from n4 stock behaviour?
It's same as note original like how you used note.pressing home button will give you recents
how to get this beahviour

is this stock n2 or stock n4 beahaviour
