* my note ii is over 3 years and I haven't replaced battery yet, and I am getting various problems like charging takes more than 4 hours, and drains very quickly. So I guess I should change the battery, so is there any cheap compatible battery anyone has recently bought? Original battery costs around 1600rs and it seems too much for 3 year old phone.

Original is available on Amazon India as low 600 rs and upwards.

back key=long press =kill foreground app(((((OPTIONAL,can use some xposed module to get this ))))

is this stock n2 or stock n4 beahaviour

which zip i have to use to get this beahviour

It is kernel related issue.
Open your agni settings app
And look for gpu.
Set everything Gpu related to default,or one setting faster.

Dont set up very high values or you could damage your phone!

Anyway to improve performance on Note 2 with V8 (even with the fix pack) ?
Even after a fresh install of the rom with a full wipe and a clean install of the YouTube app (directly after setting up the Google account) it's still sluggish and slowly reacting/stuttering/black screen with audio.

I would gladly sacrifice battery life and uninstall apps to fix this problem but I couldn't get something set up in Agni control anything that had a big improvement impact to fix this issue. I have no problems to sacrifice battery for overall more reactive and better performing phone.
Most annoying thing is that calling/grtting called is slow and not reactive at all and takes a few seconds to even press a button (or screen to turn on when called).
I had this issues for quite a while and while I love it and makes my phone more packed it also introduces some issues.

If it's not possible I would like to hear to which I rom I should switch to get best smooth performance for YouTube and generally reactive phone.

Also tapatalk is crashing like crazy, downgraded to the latest 5.XX version but it's still happening there but at least I can post with that version.

If it might be helpful, i can share my settings as i have good battery life and no lags. What is not nominated must be set on default:
Agni main profile: battery save
Governor: zzmove - battery
Scheduler external sd: zen
Undervolt: - 40mV
Cpu min: 300mhz
Gpu threshold: more batt save
Ac charge rate: 2000 (optional)
Safety margin/unstable charg. : on (optional)
Also clear cache in recovery, and be sure there is not "system server" app running in battery menu, because it's a malware draining a lot of juice (in case remove it with titanium backup app).

Why are you worried about ram usage. ..its not your windows os...of android would need more ram to run an app ot will kill older app in memory

Reviews are bad , you can read, all are saying fake battery and maximum 1* given. That's the reason I asked if anyone has bought recently.

If you are using xpose. You can try using GravityBox [KK] that can edit your hardware key.

guys tell me how is your battery life with eclipse v8

i am having horrible battery life after ecllipse v8 flashing...like so bad that its dropping steadily 2%/hr at standby
and if i use it ,it goes down crazy

better battery stats>cpu state show higher activity at high cpu states with 15% deep sleep.

i cant narrow down the issue.
already freezed a bunch of bloatware,no social apps installed and recents are all closed.
agni kernel settings at default,with governer being lulzactiq-mod and gpu speed 1 step faster than default. touch to wake =off

can somebody pip in.....

As I mentioned previously, I was getting terrible battery life. But it was expected as it was original first battery came with phone and and my note 2 is 3+ years old.
I was going to buy original battery, I saw online which comes from 600 rs to 1400 rs and they all claim to be original but most of the reviews are negative So I went to service center and original battery price was 2200rs I was not going to spend that much on battery so I went to local shops and saw intex battery for note 2 and I bought it for 550rs. (when I saw online later I could have got it 50rs cheaper but nonetheless). So I am posting screenshot of first charge. Battery was already 60% charged and I tried to charge and it was taking too much time like 10-15% an hour so I thought maybe it's first time so I left it to charge overnight. So I disconnect charger around 5am today morning. Since then it's not plugged to charger. Here are the screenshots.
