Hi @AholicCert..... Thanks for all your efforts it really is appreciated..

As usual I followed your instructions, the first boot up google manager failed and I was left with a black screen. Wiped and flashed again and wiped cache and dalvic no difference. Dirty flashed and everything is now working..

For me the correct step after the first failure was dirty flash..

Maybe someone else may find that tip useful..

No...Walkman will conflict with dolby and max audio..
and i love my default music player now with avenger theme combine with dolby & maxx audio

Yes you can flash 4.4.5 lf you want. I prefer 4.3.9

If you have installed viper then just activate that there is no need of selecting from sound settings because Viper works system wide by default.

After flashing rom just install busybox app and update. After busynox update you can uninstall that app.

Because i think 4.3.9 is stable i have tried 4.4.5 also but there was some issues i have faced.
