20130705-Nightly has removed google apps

Hi, I dont usually post but have come across an issue with the current nightly.

Just updated to 20130705-Nightly and noticed I am missing my gmail log in, checking further no contacts, and further no google account in settings.

Anyone else experience issues with the latest nightly?

--
Been using CM for a while now since SGS, Galaxy Nexus and now my Note 2. I typically flash nighties each night or two after getting home from work via the 'settings/about/cyanogenmod updates'. Been using them fine without much problem for about 2 months now.

No custom kernels or anything, just stock CM10.1 as it came after updating from Touchwiz.

Also cant seem to connect to wifi to DL yesterday's nightly to see if I can go back to that. Unfortunately I already deleted it as I was downloading tonight's.

I'm on 5-7-13 cm10.1
no such problem above
Only issue is browser won't keep me logging into the Google account.
It just asks me to login every time.

I guess its a bad flash. Tried manually downloading 5/7 again. Still failed. Went back to 4/7 worked fine. Had to re-install Google apps.

just trying exfat on my microsd on this ROM (2013-07-08 nightly) and failing miserably at the moment :p

when the microsd and using MTP to browse the music files, windows can only see 23xx files. Browsing the microSD directly on windows (using a microSD-USB adapter) and I can see 26xx files.

Also on google music app, it can't see some of the tunes.

edit: just tried ntfs and much better experience than exFAT.

just flashed the 21st nightly and my phone won't boot properly. had to force it so it boots into recovery. there's nothing wrong with my zip file either. I verified the md5 hash.

I flashed the 23rd July nightly and everything works well and very smooth. The only little bug I found stands in the strange behavior of the camera tile in quick settings, which does not work and, when pressed, disappears and shows the underlaying area of the homescreen launcher.

Not a big bug indeed!

I faced a couple of Fc in google maps, but it is very likely related to the recent update of the app itself.

This rom is twice faster than touchwiz and, since I found a decent handwriting keyboard, I will stick to it for a while.

CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.2 (JB), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

Not sure where you're getting your info from but that reason I have to use another Kernal is because the stock DOESN"T WORK.

If you need me to help you diagnose this problem let me know but for the moment its broken for me.

the latest nightly comes with a kernel which is using mali r3p1 driver and the system comes with mali r3p1 libraries.
if those don't match you get a black screen.

nearly all custom kernels are not updated yet and use r3p0 which means missmatch -> black screen.

Yep, we did it again! Our opensource audio HAL seems to work almost fine.
Incall earpiece, speaker, mic and bluetooth are working. A2dp works also.
Since Google Now works properly i assume the Camcorder will be fine, too.
    Headset is working aswell.

    Download: cm-10.1-20130125-UNOFFICIAL-t0lte.zip
    Please test it.

    Known bugs:
    - mic mute broken during calls

i m sorry but i dont know how can i tar it and i dont know what tar is...

sorry and thank you for your help..

don't get me wrong, but if you're that inexperienced then you shouldn't flash custom roms to your phone.
