Boot into download mode and post all the info. Either your phone is not a att or you have a copy cat fake.

No that's the real thing. Download and install the 4 files and use the pit file also. See pictures in OP.

thanks bro.. for so much help.. yup phone boots up.. even installed safestrap and even installed custom rom but no use.. same error as of stock..

I read somewhere that it could be your modem you need to up try to update your modem

that would be your call, when I first went to kitkat MGL and then back to JB ROM I could not stay after KitKat. but you have still have that option as long as you do a backup, and just install MGL KitKat. @Walter.White is still using MGL kitkat bootloader last I heard so he could go back to JB. He might give you his opinion. once you install NC2 bootloader your stuck.

I bought it in USA when i visited there, and I came back to india and unlocked it by cellunlocker.net by paying amount..

and recently I am facing issue with network so I planned to root and update it.. and finally I m here with No IMEI nor Baseband.. just Tablet... which is of no use....:crying::crying::crying:

@resac Make sure you have USB debuging checked ( from developer option you get that by pressing Build number repeatedly for 7or more times) when you start EFS Professional look at your home screen phone and give it access when the pop up shows

So after this install it will have the most current stock rom? Then I can root and install custom roms but the knox will register as 1 correct? Also will this erase my sd card? I just finished and it worked Only thing is when it restarted my old custom screen from custom install was there but knox was at 00. Will this go away? Next question is if I root and install a custom root, knox will be tripped and there is no way to reset? Lastly safe strap doesnt work correct?

Us tr.apk to root? Link to it in op. No this root will not trip knox flag. The custom lock screen will go away only if you stay oem with no rooting

I used towel root to root. After I install safestrap I can install any compatible rom and it wont trip knox? I could have sworn I saw some posts saying the newest update isnt compatable with safe strap. Just want to be sure before I do anything. Also any recommendations for a custom?
