LG-H870 OPEN EU 11G ROM​

Hello everyone

LG rolled out a new update to 11G :good:.
Changelog from LG:

[Feature]
- Phone usability and functionality has been further improved

Changelog what I noticed and found:

*The God damm New Security Patch*
*Improvements in
-Camera

This zip is created from the original KDZ. I changed the Boot.img, so you do not have to reinstall TWRP. . .

I had made this for users who can not get ota's because they have Custom Recovery / Root installed

Sorry for my bad english i'm out of practice ​

Features​

*Stock build made from official KDZ
*Stock Build.prop
*Unrooted
*Boot.img modified to keep TWRP
*Remove dm-verity
*Remove forceencrypt​

Installation​

What you need​

*Unlocked Bootloader [How to do]
*Working TWRP installed [Link to official TWRP]
*When you need Root, Latest SuperSU [Download] or Magisk [Download]
*H870 11G OPEN EU (TWRP).zip [Download]​

How to install​

Reboot to recovery using button combo or reboot app (need root)
Backup Dalvik,ART, Cache, System & Data (include not your internal memory) and Boot
in to your external sd or copy the backup from internal sd to your PC!
For clean install: Wipe Dalvik/ART, Cache, System and Data (Recommend)
You can also keep your data by dirty flashing the zip.
Flash H870 11G OPEN EU (TWRP).zip
Flash SuperSU or Magisk zip when you need root
Reboot System

At the first time you boot to system, it can be TWRP says No OS installed. You can ignore it.
If TWRP asks if you want to install SU, hit no​

Many peoples ask me that i can make a zip
from 11D Israel KDZ. Here is it :good:.

Dosent Work my device is bootlooping in Recovery!
I Will Update the Post when i have a solution.

Hey, I have BL unlocked, custom recovery, root, I got an OTA update, I can update, if the phone breaks down? Will it be safer to install your ROM?

You can not install an offical OTA with a custom recovery. But yes, you can safe your phone with one of this ROMs (I recomend EU 10T for recovery operations).

i have downloaded it in my H870 ITC but i can't install it because i have custom recovery

Edit: ok found. Turn on with power & volume up, when LG logo appears just unpressing power for a moment then press again.

If you dirty flash it yes, mind to make a backup just in case of problems that may occur

Why it isn't safe if it's systemlessly rooted? Also I can always install TWRP when/if I need it.

It's not safe because it's possible that the OTA could mess around with other partitions too, i don't reccomand it, do whatever you want, i don't do OTAs since G2 in 2014, i've always made a clean install of the entire firmware to avoid any problems due to the update.
