Is it possible to flash different ARB01 bootloaders (just the bootloader, not the whole firmware) back and forth?
For example, if I'm running 20A and I want to flash 11G and then get back to 20A or 20G.

Not with arb that's the whole point. I mean it probably is with enough motivation and knowledge but in the 5 models of LG I have at least loosely fallowed it hasn't happened. There is essentially a oneway switch called qfuse that blows. It should be possible to remove all system functions related and mimic other bootstacks but it would be trial and error. Plus it would only be worthwhile for a very small subsection of devices. So unless you are going to do it it probably would never happen.

I need help ... I flash oreo bootlaoder 20A then rom and gapps but still finger print is missing .. When I flash havoc after flashing 20g full rom it works for me ...

My point is 20A bootloader does'nt work for me ... Fingerprint only works when I flash 20g full stock before flashing havoc ... Have you any Idea ?

I think you can extract it from kdz. Using either using a patched lgup or using kdzwriter that built into twrp. Other wise you could tear apart a kdz or a twrp package and copy scripts from the bootstack packages and drop new files and names. Most should be the same in most cases. In either case the bootloader is in the modem partion.

No one else seems to be reporting this so I would expect this is an issue with your phone firmware. In my experience with lg v20s the best thing to do is start over with lgup. Maybe try to download your recovery and bootloader package and check the md5 hash on it. Then reinstall both first. If that doesn't solve the issue. Then use migrate custom ROM or titanium backup. If you are worried about applications and their data.

Is this an isolated problem or is it an actual bug having the color profile in Settings> Display> Color Settings> Color Profile automatically toggling to hal_hdr whether i want it or not when using something like Netflix? and also it's not even looking like hdr - it's just making everything less saturated and foggier

It will probably work I don't think any of these unlocked phones have arb... I would give it 90% chance. You would need to look up dial code for checking arb status of you want verification. Outside that I don't see why it wouldn't work. Oreo is basically Oreo bootstack wise in my experience with lg phones. Heck noguat bootloaders will work on Oreo on the v20. Minus fingerprint.

I tried a lot of applications to take photos not like google camera, snap camera, and everyone had a problem
only miui camera port works well but it also lacks a lot of functions

I also installed other roms such as Pixel Experience, AICP etc. but the same problem also appears there. Black screen in the camera

If it would be possible to do that, we wouldn't be putting up with these... half-measures. Neither of those mods is fully compatible with our device, and having dedicated, 100% functional app from stock would be most desirable, given that it's tailored specifically for us.

They are doing great work with those mods, and I enjoy Arnova's camera, but they don't have LG's algorithms, or whatever is that thing that puts the barrier between them and manufacturer implementation.
