No sorry the way I worded it . long story short I wiped data and cache tried to flash rom and I keep getting a fail I've tried a total of 3 now different downloads from the link provided and still the same fail. Anything else I flash works fine so I'm not sure on what I'm doing wrong here. Can anyone give me a specific link along with the exact item they downloaded so I can see if that helps me. I appreciate the response

Are you downloading on a computer or on your phone? If your phone, try on a computer and then transfer the file to your phone. Just an idea....

I'm using "smart screen" for the time being. Set the proximity sensor to wake/sleep device.

I'm also using "swipepad" only on top left corner so the blackness actually feels like a button with functionality.

Screen performance

Has anyone seen screen delays/performance on the device (running 02-01-2016)?
What I'm experiencing: It's not as responsive as it should be. Having to click items two or three times to have them open up, especially in the notifications. Perhaps sensitivity settings? Ideas?

That's an issue that I've encountered also, expanding the notification then clicking seems to work for me.

To anyone wondering why the satus bar is in the second screen,use and and type in "adb shell wm overscan 0,160,0,0(i don't remeber where the 160 goes so if that doesn't work its 0,0,160,0)

Did you have adb enabled and you PC could see the device as adb?

I was doing it in terminal emulator. I have to do it on the computer?

Edit: okay works awesome. Did on the computer. Will it go thru reboots or do we have to enable it each time?

As you figured out it will only work with a PC as far as I know and it will stick through reboots.
