I know right, reading these is definitely making the wait easier.
Cant wait to get rid of all this bloat and hope the battery gets a little better. Thanks dev you are awesome... once i get a ROM i will donate for sure... :good::good::good:
Just a quick post to say the OP is updated with the link to download the public beta. I have a pretty packed weekend so don't expect to hear from me before Monday. I hope you all have great weekends and enjoy having a clean slate to build on. Please be sure to post what market apps (or apps from other sources) work well for you with this ROM, so I can integrate them into the installer for the eventual full release!

Has anyone noticed any improvement on battery life and screen on time due to the rom being less bloated ?
Hard to tell to be honest. I never pay much attention, but I was getting over 5 SOT before.

Averaging 5 ost stock....with this (well sock too but debloated) 5 hours 15 minutes so far....
ZUG was hitting 6 hours ost, which is amazing for stock.

I found what appears to be another bug. You get a FC after going to settings/language&keyboard/text to speech output. This also explains why it doesnt have the option to set "ok google" from lockscreen in the google app.
Just wanted to say thanks for this. Been giving it a spin the last few hours. Sure is nice having a completely de-bloated ROM. No issues so far.

The ROM is great! and thank you for the work you have performed. I was curious if we can remove the LG dialer and get Google Dialer integrated. I was working with a flashable zip for Lollipop but no luck.
- Also, Is it possible to build from the new LG NEXUS 5x Device tree considering both devices were launched at the same time.

It happens cuz LG launcher is gone, substituted by Nova:fingers-crossed:
I had no problem using it on the stock rom. Maybe it's tied into something in the settings?
