Flash went good on the Bell stock Rom. Although when I tried to use the system UI tool it crashed system settings and lost access to pull down menu and navigation toggles. So I just dI'd a factory reset. All else is good.

Notified me I have an update available though.

i have not had systemUI crash, what one did you install?

my phone is still locked to a carrier i don't use. So i have yet to connect to a network or turn on wifi.
wonder what version bell is up to for it to show an update.

I'm restoring my old stock Rom. the System UI keeps crashing, even after I did a factory reset. Like you said earlier, i'll likely have to install your rom from the US Stock Rom.

With the US stock Rom I've had no issue so far.

booting issues I've had,
all of my booting issue's have been related to cwm. really looking forward to the cwm update.

just need to find the time to update links and post, i have spent my time working out the bugs for the docomo version. the 18 toggles will be next.

i'm not sure i have never tried to use tethering. will try and post back.

well do you mean when you select tethering you get a warning?
ex; when tethering is enabled, all packet transmission..... and so on.

Yeah I have an unlimited plan that does not include tethering, so when I enable the wifi hotspot I get an error "Error occured during tethering"
This is on stock. I have heard there is a fix that can be incorporated into the ROM but not sure if you can change that much with locked bootloader.

anther way to root ZL

while going through the installation steps I used the following:

before start the process install new flashtool (Flashtool version 0.9.10.2beta6) , you need it anyway to flash US generic ROM,
when you finish with flashing the ROM you can root XZL without leaving flashtool and install busybox and superuser/superu
after that you can continue with HackitZ's instruction (#4).
meantime, thanks a lot a new ROM!

Wow, I'm looking for DoCoMo ROMs, coz I want to use DoCoMo sim card. Did it works on Xperia ZL C6503? And does this ROM has the DoCoMo certificate located in settings, about phone, legal information? Coz they asked for it when I went to DoCoMo shop to change from my current phone to this phone.
